Villa being renovated. 3 bedroom renovated townhouse located in the resort of Lakeside Village within the five star resort of Quinta do Lago. Villa being renovated with new kitchen , bathrooms and floor. Ready from May 2026.

Photos are before renovation works.

Lakeside Village guests also have the use of the large communal swimming pool and two tennis courts.

Close to all amenities including horse riding, tennis, water sports, shops, bars and restaurants.
Approx 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport

As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Summer holiday

We come to QDL every year and have a large group of friends from Ireland we meet there. The location of the villa is perfect-we always rent across the street but wanted to try lakeside. Super easy to find keys and get settled, tho upon arrival we noticed a lack of welcome toiletries or basic cleaning supplies usually left under sinks. The downstairs is nice and modern, the upstairs is a bit outdated; popcorn ceilings, tiny bed in the primary not great for 2 people, the aircon not nearly as cold as needed in that room even at 18 non stop. We noticed a lot of water damage to the carpet and bathroom doors in the additional room and were told not to worry about it as cleaners reported water issues from the last guests. But general carpet and furniture stains, lots of items left unplugged, light switches not working, etc.The cleaners came a total of 3 times in 2 weeks and spent 30 mins each time so it wasn’t the level of servicing we are used to. It certainly wasn’t terrible, just not what we were expecting from the reviews and images. This is a very self servicing rental, comparatively. The pool area is really nice and a great breeze comes off the lake- always an open seat and serviced bar 6 days a week. Overall, everyone was really nice and responsive if needed, and we had our usual nice time, but we wouldn't likely rent this villa again.

Lakeside Village

Great villa in a superb location. Good size apartment with original pictures possibly not actually doing the villa justice, 2 large bedrooms both on suite nice size garden. Had slight problem with shower that was repaired really quickly after we contacted Paulo. Nice pool area and close to some nice restaurants and bars (The Shack and Danos). Left wallet in villa by mistake on checkout and received a call to say maids had found when cleaning and I went back to collect, really honest. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely house in lovely location

Lovely house, exactly as per the pictures. Love this location which is quiet and relaxed with a great beach and lots of excellent restaurants.
