Completely self-contained and private. Located behind the thatched, 18th Century - Trippen Cottage, within a secure gated area. Generous Parking available. Dog friendly, WIFI. Kitchen/Diner, Shower Room.
There is a small loft conversion bedroom, for two children 8 yrs to 16 years, there is ladder access to a hatch and limited height (see photos). Two adults can bed downstairs in the living area on a cosy double bed. Please advise us in advance of your required bed configuration. Reasonable adjustments upon request.
Pets are charged at 10 GBP per pet per stay on arrival in cash or bank transfer.

This open-plan, en-suite, converted barn with kitchen, shower room, double bed, loft room with 2 futon matrasses, HD smart tv with Netflix and Amazon streaming services, WIFI and electric heaters/fan, is conveniently located in the historic village of Cottenham - walking distance of the Fens, Pepys Cottage and Pepys House.
**The adult double bed is in the living area and the second sleeping area is a low height loft space accessed via a ladder and hatch. It is therefore only suitable for 8-16 year olds. The height is very restricted, please see photos. However this is a fun space, with two double floor mattresses.
Generous parking, locked double gates, with gravel drives. Dog friendly and convenient for country walks. Pets are an additional 10 GBP per pet per stay, paid cash on arrival.
Cambridge City lies just 5 miles away with all of the Cambridge University buildings and sights at your doorstep. Cambridge Science, Business and Research Parks alongside Cambridge North Train Station can all be reached within 10 minutes by car.
An excellent bus service is also running to and from Cambridge.
Convenient for Newmarket Race course and Duxford Aerodrome.
