Villa Ribes, located in Binibeca has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

It is located 3 km from "Playa de Binibeca" sand beach, 3 km from "Supermercado Binibeca" supermarket, 7 km from Sant Lluís city and is located in an ideal area for families and very close to the sea.

It has a beautiful garden, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning in all bedrooms, private pool, satellite TV and DVD.

The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Two of the bedrooms have two beds in each and one bedroom has a double bed. It has 3 bathrooms with showers.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
