Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison très calme avec une vue magnifique. À part quelques détails perfectibles, la maison est bien équipée. Attention cependant au fait qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation dans la 3 eme chambre. De plus, problème avec l’eau de la piscine qui fait jaunir les maillots de bain.

Nice comfortable spacious villa

The villa was as described with 3 bedrooms a nice (but smallish) swimming pool and adequate outdoor furniture. We did walk to restaurants at Binibeca and Punta Prima but they were a bit of a trek. There is a closer restaurant called Resaurante En Caragol which was in a good position, but we did find the menu a little limited. The agent for Menorca Host was very helpful and communicative, we did have a problem with the fridge but this was sorted eventually. All in all we had a nice holiday and enjoyed our stay at Villa Atalya.

Beautiful Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The terrace and pool area is spacious and attractive with gorgeous sea views. From the top balcony, the views are even more impressive and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting there in the evening. The villa itself was spacious, clean and the decor was charming. There was certainly more than enough room for us as a family of 4, we could easily have had family to stay in addition to us and had plenty of room still. The kitchen was very well equipped and it felt like a home away from home. It was extremely quiet locally and not all shops and restaurants were open, however this was of course due to the gobal Covid situation and could not be helped. It didn't alter our enjoyment of the villa at all. There are a few restaurants around a 15 min walk away in Cala Torret but we personally enjoyed the freedom of having a car whilst staying at the villa so that we could visit/eat out at some of our other favourite spots on the island. If you chose not to have a car though, there are places to eat and a supermarket within reasonable walking distance. My children thoroughly enjoyed the local water park, again in walking distance and the beach at Punta Prima is lovely also. Many thanks to Clara who was only ever a Whatsapp message away. She was incredibly responsive and efficient both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this villa and I would love to come back.

Stunning villa with beautiful, panoramic sea views and peaceful setting

When we arrived at the Villa, a beautiful bottle of pink locally produced Binifadet, sparkling Rosado awaited us. The villa is situated in a peaceful location set back with panoramic sea views, and has the most incredible sun rises and sun sets, perfect if experienced from the upstairs terrace..just right for those amazing ‘sun-downers’. The villa is well equipped with everything needed for our stay. There’s plenty of seating for outside dining along with comfortable chairs for relaxing and reading. The pool is also a good size with a shallow and deep end, accessible by a metal pool ladder, which can be a little tricky for the less fit of us! There is a brilliantly powerful walk-in shower, but also a bath is available if needed. The WiFi quality was really good, so we could even stream SKY on our iPads. Although there is another villa to one side, it is far enough away not to be intrusive and we weren’t overlooked. Whilst set in a quiet location, the villa is within easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Overall, we loved our time so much at this beautiful villa, we have rebooked again for 2 weeks next year!
