Apartamentos Punta Prima By Escape Home

Near the beautiful beach of Punta Prima, just 300 meters away, we find these 3 charming two-bedroom apartments in a classic Mediterranean style with a living room to accommodate up to 4 people in each apartment. They are 3 semi-detached houses that share a well-kept pool and garden.

The interior of the house is accessed from a terrace, with table and chairs furniture and built-in BBQ with views of the pool and garden where you can prepare tasty barbecues and enjoy long summer days with the family.

Each apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a TV and free Wi-Fi for customers. The kitchen is small but we find everything you need to spend a few days away from home, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor next to the kitchen there is a small toilet, outside a small private terrace with outdoor shower and area to hang out.

We access the upper floor by a staircase that leads us to a double room with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a shower (hair dryer) and we access a private terrace with wonderful views of the sea.

The apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
