Villa Los Pinos by Escape Home

Beautiful three-bedroom Mediterranean-style villa, the villa is located very close to the commercial center and Son Bou beach.

From the street you climb the stairs to the pool terrace level, separated with 9 steps from the porch terrace and access to the villa. Great living room with TV, air conditioning and open through an arch is the fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace with views, and the other two rooms with single beds and ceiling fans. 2 shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Large covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunsets. Large pool and a comfortable area to enjoy a barbecue.



House Rules:

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.

Very good location with a great view. Had a couple of minor problems that were immediately resolved. Kitchen a bit dated but fine. Dishwasher was a big help. A washing machine would have been useful. Aircon in one bedroom only so that could be improved. In summary we would happily book this villa again.

A large, very comfortable villa with a nice pool and barbeque facilities. The view from the balcony is breath-taking. Close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was very old and dated for the style of the property - we would have liked a better stocked kitchen, although the utensils and equipment was enough for us to cook with. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are great too.

We had a lovely 5 day stay in this villa. It’s a great location and offers amazing views over the beach and sea front. Ideally, it would be great to have air conditioning in every bedroom as it did get a bit uncomfortable in the night, but otherwise perfect.

Magnifique villa, vue incroyable donnant sur Son Bou. Commerces à proximité à pied, plages à pied, très belle piscine. Maison d’intérieur très simple mais qui suffit quand la météo est celle de Minorque. Nous vous recommandons la villa les yeux fermés

Muy contentos

Tuvimos una gran estancia en esta casa de alquiler de playa. El diseño era práctico y espacioso, por lo que es muy cómodo para nuestro grupo. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien mantenido en su mayor parte. La casa estaba bien equipada con excelentes instalaciones, incluyendo una bonita piscina, una buena barbacoa, y una cocina funcional que permitió cocinar fácilmente. La ubicación era buena para explorar la isla: la playa de Son Bou es fantástica y las distancias a cualquier otro punto de la isla son manejables. El servicio de atención al cliente fue receptivo y servicial siempre que tuvimos preguntas, incluso cuando tuve una situación urgente. An excellent place for a small extended family - I will return

The variety of sitting/dining areas outside is impressive. The open views towards the sea coupled with the bordering trees and bushes gave one a "feel of privacy" The properties on the road are well spaced and given it was "high season" we parked outside our villa every day. The pool is great, small steps in and about 2m deep at the far end. Plenty of places to sit and watch "little ones" play safely, whilst you relax a little too. Whilst we didn't use them there appears to be a good local bus service and also a bus to take you down to the beach from just up the road. You would need to check these out. The living area is large and the indoor living dining kitchen area would be useful in winter months. The bedrooms are generous and secured by shutters should you wish. The property is tired and is in need of some new items. Air conditioning and fans are coming to the end of their useful life. However all the shortfalls, that impacted on our stay that we reported were resolved within 24 hours. The pool lighting and indeed the outdoor lighting probably needs refurbishment. The barbecue cooking area is too large for a family of six and could be easily refitted to make a BBQ an easier option. The vegetation around the BBQ area needs cutting back to make the seating arrangements more comfortable. The cushioned garden furniture could do with more robust foam padding to enjoy the sunset in more comfort.

Super séjour

Villa très bien placée pour rayonner dans l’île , bien entretenue👌 ( ménage une fois par semaine et entretien de la piscine régulier pendant notre séjour de 2 semaines) Le gros point fort est la vue incroyable , vue mer de l intérieur de la maison ( chambre salon cuisine),de la terrasse et de la piscine. Permettant de profiter de magnifique coucher de soleil. Nous sommes partis avec notre fille de deux ans, maison bien équipée chaise haute et lit parapluie sur demande👍 Je recommande vivement
