Finca Verena with a private pool is located on the outskirts of the delightful town of Santanyí, just a 15 minute walk to the town where you'll find all the amenities and fabulous restaurants. Situated down a country lane with a gated entrance this holiday home offers a quiet and simple holiday retreat for up to 4 people. The house is fully air conditioned (payable locally) and comprises, 2 bedrooms (1 double/1 twin), 1 full bathroom, a spacious lounge, dining room with beamed ceilings, white walls, ceramic floor tiles, comfortable sofas and a large flat screen satellite TV. Next to the lounge is a small separate fitted kitchen equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher fridge/freezer, etc. and a utility area with a washing machine. Outside, a large sun terrace surrounds a private pool with crystal clear waters and Roman steps, perfect for cooling off after a busy morning exploring the bustling market in town. For lazy days spent at the house, a covered barbecue is also provided to enjoy meals alfresco. Finca Verena is an ideal choice for a couple or a small family who want to be close to an authentic Mallorcan town and have easy access to the natural coastline of the south and its' fabulous beaches!
