Scirocco apartment in Follonica

Scirocco is an apartment located in a small condominium at the beginning of the Salciaina district, next to the Levante Pine Forest and about 300 meters from the sea. The neighborhood is well served, on the main street there are bars, newsstands and various kinds of shops. The sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes, crossing the beautiful Pineta di Levante, you can find both a free beach and bathing establishments. Furthermore, with a walk of about 15 minutes you can reach the city center.
Scirocco is a spacious and welcoming apartment, located on the second floor with lift, which will offer you the opportunity to spend your beach holiday in total relaxation.
You will be greeted by a large and bright living room equipped with a sofa bed, from which you can access the spacious terrace overlooking the pine forest equipped to enjoy your meals outdoors. The practical and functional kitchenette also has a small veranda used as a laundry room.
In the sleeping area we find two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom with shower.
Scirocco is the ideal choice for those looking for a spacious, comfortable holiday apartment equipped with every comfort.
Linen is not supplied, only on specific request. We do not rent to groups of young people.
