The property you are considering for your vacation is a bright and friendly 3.5-room flat located in the center of Lenzerheide. It is a cozy holiday flat with two bedrooms, one being a double room and the other a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The flat features a nice eat-in kitchen with an open living and dining area, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The entire flat is carpeted, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Amenities Included
The flat is located in the House Sursilvana on the 2nd floor and is accessible by a lift. It offers wireless internet (Wlan) access for your convenience. The flat has a south-facing balcony, which allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding scenery. Additionally, bed linen, including towels and kitchen linen, is provided. Upon request and for a deposit, a cot and a high chair can be obtained from the office. The flat is directly on the ski slope and cross-country ski run, making it an ideal location for winter activities.

The flat is situated in the center of Lenzerheide, in close proximity to various shopping facilities and the free sports bus stop. This prime location makes it a perfect starting point for all winter and summer activities suitable for the whole family. Please note that bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, but a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellations. If you need to cancel less than 60 days before arrival, you have the right to propose a reasonable and solvent substitute tenant, who will enter into the contract under the existing conditions. In case of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee remains owed.
