This fully air-conditioned, luxurious ground floor two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located right on the front line of Estepona port with views over the marina. The property benefits a large, wraparound terrace with seating, and sun loungers. A master bedroom with a super king size bed and the second bedroom room with a double and single bunk bed. A high speed Wifi internet connection is available and the TV offers plenty of British channels (Sky) plus Spanish, Dutch, German, French and Scandinavian channels. This property offers a spacious shower room with two sinks and the open plan kitchen, dining and living area is very bright and has access to the patio terrace. All modern appliances are provided for your holiday along with a private parking space in the closed garage. There are two large swimming pools available in the urbanisation, one is set amongst landscaped gardens with a grassy area while the other is terraced around the pool.

Perfect stunning modern villa in Manilva

This villa was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. So large, clean and modern, it was more than spacious for our family. Set in a quiet area but only minutes walk to the supermarket and a stroll down to the beach and marinas that has several fabulous restaurants. Communication was excellent throughout.

Smart apartment in great locations

Very well presented and equipped marina-front apartment. This spacious apartment has a very comfortable king size bed and modern kitchen with all of the equipment you would need for an enjoyable holiday. The location is great with all amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short stroll away. The old town and beaches are a leisurely 15-20 minute level walk away. Highly recommended.

Tolles Apartment in super Lage in Estepona.Frisch renoviert mit Top Austattung.Wichtig zu erwähnen ist die excellente Klimaanlage. Die war Gold wert.Ebenso ist das Gesamte Gebäude gut gepflegt.Der Pool ist direkt von der Terasse erreichbar. Er ist nicht sonderlich schön aber ideal für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Zudem es ein Salzwasserpool ohne Chlor. Sehr angenehm.Die Terasse ist riesig, die Möblierung entspricht aber nicht einem "Luxus Apartment". Sie ist dürfte hochwertiger neuer und sauberer sein. Die Lage ist extrem gut, Hafen , beide Strände und der Ort sind schnell zu erreichen, 2 Supermärkte vor der Tür. Ein riesiges Gastro Angebot.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die betreuende Agentur Time in Spain. So eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Betreuung haben wir nicht erwartet. Top Service. Hätte ich eine Immobilie in der Region würde ich sie von denen betreuen lassen. Wir haben auch den Mietwagen und Ausflüge dort gebucht.

Dejligt ophold - godt nok meget blæsende, men det kan udlejer jo ikke gøre for.Dejlig lejlighed, der har alt og kæmpestor terrasse med sol hele dagen (vinkel terrasse).
