Peaceful Tuscan retreat

A Tuscan idyll, perfect for walking and relaxing holidays.
Dine in style on our vine covered patio, with stunning views over your private garden and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. For cooler months, there is a wood burning stove in the lounge, with a stunning picture window view. Our library is stocked with a range of English novels. Our kitchen is fully equipped with 5 burner gas/electric stove and dishwasher.

The house is located within walking distance of Anghiari, recently voted in CNN's Top Ten Most Beautiful Towns in Europe and there are beautiful walks direct from the house. Free parking on the premises.
There are 2 public swimming pools nearby, one with slides.

Simply perfect

We rented this lovely house for a family vacation and it was the best choice we could have made. The house is gorgeous and decorated with taste, nice garden , the location is amazing : Anghiari itself is one of the most beautiful Tuscan towns we saw, also close to Arezzo and other must visit spots . Super happy about this very authentic experience!

We got a warm welcome form the family, which made us feel at home right away. We(2 adults 2 children) felt very welcome and comfortable and had a good stay where we could do all we do at home, cook, wash, eat, rest, bath and so forth. Every day in the morning and eveninbg we sat on the spacious terrace and enjoyed the view and the quit. This was a perfect base for us to visit all the beautiful places and things in the surroundings of toscany, le marche and umbria we visited.

What a wonderful place!

We enjoyed our 9 days in this beautiful house which is so typical like houses in the tuscan area. We started every day with the magnificent view of the gentle green hills. We really felt like home and we dream of coming back. The area is for people who like beautiful landscapes, art history (Piero della Francesca!), nice people, good food and wine and a leisurely life without "overtourism". Anghiari and Sansepolcro are our new favourite small towns. Thank you so much, Vicky and Stefano, for relaxing days in your property.

We are an Anglo Italian family with links in the area. I’ve always loved the town of Anghiari and its many festivals, particularly in the summer!

I feel in love with this house the moment I saw it! It’s so peaceful yet not isolated. It’s within 10 mins drive of the beautiful hill towns of Monterchi and Citerna.

You have your own space and there are fabulous walks from the front door.
Great restaurants nearby and for the kids there is a large local swimming pool in Fighille (10 mins drive) and large pool with slides in Sansepolcro. Lovers of Art History will find Sansepolcro fascinating as it’s the birthplace of Piero Della Francesca
