A 150-meter-long driveway lined with over 130 cypress trees leads to this 50-year-old colonial-style villa, which was completely renovated in 2015/2016 using contemporary and authentic materials. The villa is single-level and features a wide arched veranda with a large outdoor dining table overlooking a lavish 13×5-meter swimming pool. Comfortable deck chairs, large parasols, and sweeping views of the garden and sea enhance the luxurious atmosphere. The Yellow Room: This luxurious bedroom opens directly to the pool terrace and includes satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and large washbasin, along with underfloor heating and a towel heater.



The Turquoise Room: Featuring double doors that open onto the morning terrace, this beautifully decorated room includes satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, double washbasins, underfloor heating, and a towel heater. Ample closet space includes a small safe.



The Green Room: A cozy double bedroom with two Portuguese-style single beds, air conditioning, and WiFi. It shares a bathroom with the adjacent Bunk-bed Room, which is designed for younger guests but can accommodate adults. This bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, underfloor heating, and a towel heater.

Across the inner courtyard, a playroom with a snooker table offers entertainment, while a separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, and iron. For outdoor fun, the East side of the villa features a jeu-de-boules (pétanque) court and a table tennis table with bats and balls.
