Amazing!

Cannot recommend this property enough, the pictures don’t do it justice. Absolutely spotlessly clean and fantastic facilities. The house is stunning, finished to a really high standard and the gardens are the same. The hosts were fantastic, great communication from start to finish and really friendly. Everything had been thought of, plenty to entertain adults and children of all ages. We hope to be back agai

Our party of 8 and 1 baby very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean, lots of amenities (most wanted to just spend time here rather than exploring The Lakes District!) It’s located in a tranquil area with a view of the hills and sheep. Finding the place was a bit tricky in the dark, and we had a little hiccup with the upstairs heating, but the hosts are next door, so things were resolved quickly. On arrival, the host came by with a number of instructions. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, and another bedroom off the kitchen area (also with a bathroom). All other beds are sofa beds). Note for families: there is a washing machine, but no dryer, just a drying rack. Very well equipped kitchen. Groceries and other supplies can be found in Penrith. It was more than enough space for our family.
