Welcome to Casa d’Azur, an intimate, family-run boutique residence completely renovated in 2025 and ideally located in the heart of Cannes, just steps from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.

Our building is one of the rare gems in the old part of the city, boasting marble interiors and a brand-new elevator servicing all floors. Each room has been designed as a cozy haven of comfort and elegance, blending contemporary design with the charm of the Riviera.

Casa d’Azur partners with Café La Bohème to offer specialty coffees, breakfasts and freshly squeezed juices for the convenience of its customers as an additional service, located on the ground floor (grand opening in April 2026).

Our Studio Grasse (16 m²) offers an intimate and refined atmosphere, ideal for a solo stay or a getaway for two. Its optimized layout and high-quality materials make it the perfect choice for a business trip, a congress stay, or a seaside escape.
