Welcome to my home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain king-sized and two single beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Vila Nova de Gaia is an amazing city to explore, with many attractions to discover. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)

We stayed here from Sept 28 to Oct 2 and absolutely loved it! The two-tiered patio is the real star of this property—the pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the Douro River and Porto are stunning, and it was our favorite spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything but still quiet when you want to relax. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning in both bedrooms. The second bedroom is small and works best for one person, though the trundle bed did the job for two of us (just very tight!). Still, the view, patio, and location more than made up for it. We felt right at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay in Porto

The location of the property provided quick access to outstanding restaurants and shopping. It had a magnificent view of the City, sunset and the backdrop of early Porto structures. There were 4 of us and while a lil cramped inside, the outdoor patio was perfect for us to stretch out and relax. The air conditioning worked amazingly well, coupled with the washer and refrigerator.

Great view, but small apartment

This apartment has an incredible view over Porto.Very small for 4 people. One bedroom has one single bed and no windows. Other bed is a pull out in the small living room.There is paid parking at the bottom of the steep hill. We did not know that we could drive our car up the hill to the apartment until after dragging all luggage by foot.There is very loud noice from water pumps and fans in the bathrooms that wake you up at night.

Perfect view!

The view from the balcony is picture perfect. The flat is minutes away walking from the bridge that takes you to Porto. There is a nice park just up from the flat where people gather every night to watch the sun set. A mini supermarket is very close as well as a tram that brings you across the River to Porto.The flat is very small. The master bedroom is a good size but the second bedroom is extremely small. The twin bed is a trundle bed that makes into a double bed..when made up there is very little room left for luggage or for standing. Thankfully there are two bathrooms with showers…small but efficient. Lots of dishes and glassware etc. A few packages of instant coffee were provided but no salt, pepper, sugar or oil.

Perfect Location for a stay in Porto

Ideally located by the Ponte Luis Bridge and Jardim do Morro, overlooking the river and Porto.....the view cannot be beat! The apartment is clean and it was easy to find and groceries were nearby. We could have used a few more supplies (only two wine glasses!) It was cold while we here but we still used the balcony because it is hard not to be out there taking it all in!

Ideal for a stay in Porto. Perfectly located, view is better than the pictures. Easy walk to all parts of town. Some minor touch ups needed but we recommend jt.

Amazing view!

Loved this place. The terrace and view is amazing. The place was clean and neat and prepped from our arrival. One thing of note which I missed in the reviews is when you enter the flat you need to immediately go down a flight of stairs I only mention it if you are bringing in a stroller you will have to carry it down. When both beds are out in the second bedroom it is a little tight for space which didn’t bother us though. Loved the location. Easy to hop on the metro to go across the river to go to Porto. And there are artisans and restaurants right along the Douro, just a 6 min walk away. Would completely stay there again

Great property, needs a new cleaning service & more towels

Very much enjoyed the apartment, but it had not been cleaned very well…the floors, shower, and inside the clothes cupboard were dirty. Also, only 1 set of towels per guest for a whole week is not enough. When I enquired about getting more hand towels, I was told it would be 30, which is insane. No kitchen towels at all! There was no heavy blanket or comforter on one of the beds. We loved the location, self check in was great, good communication

Major ant issues

My friend woke to ants crawling on her in the bed (small bedroom). We contacted the host and were given the choice of insecticide or leaving early. Had to cancel our day trip early to check out early. The views were great, but the stay was ruined by the number of ants.

Amazing Location!!!

This place was so clean and modern. It has a huge private two-story terrace overlooking the river and Bridge. I hate to say how wonderful it is because I’m sure this place will be fully booked The next time I want to go. This is a real hidden gem, don’t pass up this opportunity. We’ve stayed a few times in Puerto, but this by far was the best location, location, location

All about the view

An amazing apartment… a top of Porto overlooking the old town Ribeira and the river Duoro. Intricate winding streets take you to and from this apartment to the river edge and centre of entertainment. The appartement is a great location with everything in walking distance. Well designed, spacious size with good provisions for a great stay. Clean and tidy. The balcony is a great feature to enjoy.
