Within 5 minutes you can be walking along the beach or deep into the mountains.

A large marina and watersports centre is nearing completion 10 minutes walk way.

North Cyprus has a stunning golf course (Korineum) and its a 10 minute drive away.

Rates start at less than £30 per night per person if 8 are sharing, and North Cyprus is an inexpensive destination.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking the villa.
The remaining balance is to be paid 12 weeks before the arrival date. If a cancellation is made within the 12 week period then a refund will only be given if the dates are re-booked for that period.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for any booking made within 12 weeks of arrival.
There is a £200 breakage bond that can be paid anytime up to 2 weeks before arrival date which is refundable.
