Mansarda Bellavista - Your Mountian Holiday

On the fourth floor of a house in the upper part of Premana, the Mansarda Bellavista enjoys a wonderful view of the mountains that surround the town. The apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished, giving it a touch of modernity and respecting the mountain atmosphere: the furniture is made of wood and the floor is covered with parquet which makes the space even more familiar and warm.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. It is very bright thanks to the presence of a skylight. The living area is open space with the kitchen and consists of a comfortable sofa bed, TV, coffee table and display cabinet. From here you enter the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs to enjoy the sun and the fresh mountain air. The Mansarda Bellavista has two bedrooms, one double with wardrobe, window and TV and one with bunk bed, wardrobe, window and desk.

The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a large shower, bidet, wall heater, washing machine and window. On the ground floor of the house there is a garage reserved for guests. The house does not have a lift and we will be happy to help you with your luggage. The heating is independent and to the guest\'s liking. WiFi connection is guaranteed.
