Parfait ! A recommander

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du lac avec un accès facile à pied (entre 10 et 15 mn) et vue depuis le balcon : - Lenno est bien placé pour rayonner autour du lac, à pied, en bus, en bateau; nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant tout le séjour - accès à l'embarcadère pour les trajets en bateau - accès aux bords du lac et à la greenway - accès aux principaux commerces L'appartement est propre, bien équipé (vaisselle un peu insuffisante , nous étions 4 adultes, mais avec le lave vaisselle ça passe...), literie confortable, à l'étage un miroir dans la chambre serait parfait Température trop basse pour utiliser la piscine Pour notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour, nous avons suivi les instructions et les conseils très utiles de Barrie, très sympathique et réactif .... dommage que des échanges Whatsapp en anglais (nous sommes Français) Excellent séjour,, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !!

Sonniges, bequemes Apartment in guter Lage. Erholung garantiert.

Wir haben unser Urlaub in dem Apartment sehr genossen. Es ist sauber und bequem mit sehr guter Lage ca 12min zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Die Tipps vom Eigentümer waren sehr hilfreich und wir konnten viele lockeren Aktivitäten vornehmen. Scharfe Messer wären schön gewesen, sonst war alles super!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Pool sehr schön. Vermieter haben wir wegen Corona nicht angetroffen. Kommunikation hat dennoch gut funktioniert.

Perfect stay in Lenno

Right after booking, Barrie provided us with helpful information about our upcoming stay and we agreed where to meet. He showed us the apartment and was so kind to provide a lot of valuable inside information about the area, places to go and activities. The apartment was very clean and sufficient space for the 4 of us. The pool was fantastic and all neighbours very friendly. Good and save parking! Overall a perfect stay!

Wunderschöner Ort

Das Einchecken war etwas schwierig, da Franco weder deutsch noch englisch sprach. Die Wohnung war schön, leider gab es nur sehr wenig Geschirr. Zum See waren es nur wenige Minuten. Ein herrlicher Urlaub mit vielem guten italienischem Essen.

Clean apartment mostly well equipt, could have done with some decent kitchen knives

Enjoyed Lenno and surrounding area, managed very well without a car, use boats and buses and the land train. Would love to come again.

Amazing view

We had just the best holiday at this apartment. The views were amazing and photos really don't do it justice. The apartment was as per photos, clean and had everything you would need. Lenno is a great place, plenty of choice for meals out, 2 supermarkets and the most amazing ice cream shop. The walk to the lake and restaurants is not far, 5 mins. The walk back is not steep, there is a hill but it's a gentle one that was not a problem at all. The pool was warm and the kids could play with inflatables and balls. We would love to go back again and would recommend the apartment and Lenno.

Fantastic views, good location, clean, well equipped, will take 4 people easily, 5 at a push

A little way out of town & a steep uphill walk of 10 minutes, the apartment is in a private, gated complex of holiday & permanent homes. Everyone there is friendly & Franco the manager was great, especially when I asked for more bedding, which arrived within 20 minutes from a really helpful & apologetic lady - far more than we needed, plus extra towels. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing & we spent each early morning sitting watching the place wake up. Everywhere is clean, well maintained & tidy, the pool is shared with the locals who live there permanently & the apartment itself is reasonably spacious, modern & well equipped. It would take 4 people easily, 5 adults would be possible, but may be a bit of a squeeze. There's a cot, a pull out bed, a large double & twin beds; 2 bathrooms. One of the local ladies told us a couple of good restaurants to try but, apart from those, we found Lenno a bit lacking in variety of bars & restaurants (we didn't have a car); there's a great gelateria! We took advantage of the 6 day boat pass & made great use of it, traveling between the towns around the middle of the lake. If you want a quiet holiday, looking at unbelievable scenery, exploring beautiful gardens & villas, quaint Italian lakeside towns & are happy to have the occasional meal out, then this is a good place; if you're looking for the glitzy nightlife, then Lenno probably shouldn't be your first choice. Oh, & remember your raincoat, as we were deluged by three spectacular thunderstorms!

Lovely Lenno!

Our stay was simply first class. Clean and spacious accommodation which was well appointed. The home is ideally located and close to the village, restaurants, shops, sigma supermarket and the ferry. Franco, the owner, was a real gent! We would definitely return.

Our first visit to Italy

Our stay in Lenno was brilliant, the apartment was great, very clean, tidy and comfortable. It was also in a gray position to access the lake. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to other people. Many thanks to Franco and Sabine for all their help

We loved the apartment,facilities,view and pool.We loved Lake Como,Lenno and visiting other places across the lake via the ferry.The food at Il Cris was excellent as was the food at L'Osteria. Our son loved the ice cream at -La_Fabbrica_del_Gelato . Our airport pick up and drop off through the company was brilliant (thanks Andrea and our driver Carlos) and Franco provided an excellent welcome.We really would love to have stayed longer :-)

Perfect holiday

After travelling all the way from Sydney, I was blown away with Lake Como. The village we stayed in Lenno is a perfect base to explore everything that the Lake has to offer and the apartment was just incredible. Great pool to relax in and its really close to the the lake. It was clean, comfortable and had the little touches that made it a real home from home. Lenno has a fantastic choice of restaurants only a short walk away and incredible value or you can buy all the ingredients you need from the local supermarket and cook yourself an authentic Italian dinner as it was all such great value. You must try the ice cream shop in Lenno, its worth coming just for that or get a coffee at Lido di Lenno and marvel at the views. The hire a boat and just enjoy sailing around the lake and seeing some of the beautiful houses and buildings that you can only see by boat. I really can't wait to go back.

The photos and view speak for themselves. The swimming pool proximity to the lake is a real attraction for our guests. The home is located modern and comfortable living space inside and out. First floor home located on two levels with no home above you. Most of the apartments at this residence are only used for holidays so the pool is often not busy hence many returning guests. Easy secure parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry to access the whole lake and supermarket. Villa Balbianello, scene of Casino Royale 007, and Star Wars is also located here in the village within walking distance of the property as well as he golden sand beach at Lido di Lenno.
