Central 4BR/3BR Apartment with Rooftop | Elevator | Views

Spectacular, spacious and bright apartment located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift, a smooth wooden staircase, in a residential area of Lisbon, with capacity for up to 9 people. We also have a pac-n-play available if needed. This apartment is ideal for creating wonderful memories with your family or group of friends.



The apartment has two floors, a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a balcony and a small terrace with a view of the river and a charming Portuguese neighbourhood. It has 2 Double beds and 4 Single beds, with the possibility of an extra bed.



The apartment has high speed internet access, TV, air conditioning in the common areas and in the bedroom on the upper floor (hot and cold), central heating, towels, sheets, amenities, a hair dryer and an iron.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing/drying machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.



Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.



The apartment is located next to one of the stops of the famous tram 28, a bus stop, and the metro. In the surrounding area there are various types of shops, such as restaurants, cafes, florists, convenience stores and local markets.

The apartment has payed street parking on the street.



We have in person check in or the option for a self check in also.

The appt was perfect. Lots of space to relax and the kitchen was well stocked. Lovely neighborhood with cafes and restaurants very close by. Most sights are within walking distance from the appt. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful appt in Lisbon!

Great stay for our families

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids). There were local restaurants nearby and easily accessible to rest of the city by walking or nearby metro station

Style, comfort, and location

My family had a wonderful stay in Lisbon thanks to this beautiful apartment! It was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved taking Tram 28E and also the subway, both were a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in the city, from the Oceanarium to Chiado.

Incredible home for friends!

Stayed in this house on holiday with 7 friends - what an amazing space! Very stylish, large enough to accommodate a group comfortably, and equipped with awesome amenities. Hosts were relatively responsive. The neighborhood is about a ~20 minute walk to the city center, but we didn't mind the distance, and there was much to do nearby in the way of nightlife / good food. Would definitely stay again!

amazing Lisbon

We went for a family reunion, gathering kids and grandkids from four cities in Germany and the U.S. This apartment (and this city!) was just the right place to do so. The kitchen was well equipped, even with a welcome wine and welcome coffee cups which were very appreciated upon arrival. These small things count. Everything was found as advertized on the website, but the hosts went above and beyond by greeting us before the formal check-in time and letting us deposit our luggage. A great place!

Great apartment with local amenities and cafes

Chose this apartment based on the positive reviews and it didn't disappoint - it was about 7mins walk to nearest metro station, has many restaurants / cafes within walking distance and a really great grilled chicken restaurant/bar directly underneath the apartment which I really recommend. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very welcoming. The top floor room is a real treat and balcony has views over Lisbon.

This apartment is immaculate, tastefully decorated with great views. The owners could not be more helpful even though we checked in after midnight, plenty of time was taken to explain everything. Location good, you can walk into the main square in around 20mins downhill or 20mins to the Alfama district.

Beautiful apartment centrally located and well-equipped

This was the perfect apartment to stay as a family. It has plenty of rooms, a cute eating area, a well-equipped kitchen and best of all washer and dryer which is hugely convenient when you have little kids that go through a lot of clothes. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift (albeit small) in the building.

Perfect spot!

What a great place for our group while in Lisbon. About 10-15 minutes to all major attractions, along with great nearby restaurants and cafes. The upstairs terrace offered wonderful views to the city during the day and night. The unit was wonderful and so nicely decorated. The dining area in back offered a great place to share food, wine and stories. Best of all were the local pastries and bottle of wine upon our arrival to enjoy! 10 out of 10!

A cute apartment in a great location

This place was amazing. We met Luis when we arrived. It was on the 5th floor so the elevator was perfect. There was enough space for all 6 of us and we loved the kitchen space. We tried to use the rooftop area but the furniture could use an upgrade. The view was still beautiful! There were amazing restaurants near by and a grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious, Comfortable and Clean

Our family stayed here for our week long visit to Lisboa. I couldn't have picked a better apartment. The views from the terrace were astounding and getting to watch the NYE fireworks celebration was a great start to 2022. Bedrooms were all spacious and well furnished. Kitchen had all the basics and we used the washer and dryer frequently as we traveled light. Company is easy to work with and communicated well.
