A parking space is guaranteed inside the property (in case the owner is not present, it is possible to request the use of the second parking space inside the property).

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, furnished in a modern and functional style. The presence of 8 beds, two bathrooms and two complete kitchens, allow you to experience the house in total comfort, fully responding to the needs of the guests.
The location of the apartment is undoubtedly fantastic: you can reach the sea in a very short time on foot, the center of San Vincenzo with its well-known pedestrian course full of bars, restaurants and shops and the tourist port renowned above all for its nightlife thanks to delightful clubs, bars and restaurants offering excellent aperitifs, traditional recipes and music.
