Villa Feli by Escape Home

Villa Feli is a modern style villa located in Calan Bosch. The villa has a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. It has two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, the living-dining room has a television with international channels and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and fridge. It has a laundry area with washing machine and clothesline. The terrace is fully furnished to spend pleasant summer nights. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people with a private pool and barbecue.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
