Excellent and quick communication from owner - before the stay and during it. Nice clean property with lovely pool, BBQ and air con in living room and one of the bedrooms, decent fans in other two rooms. Good location - 4 min walking distance to small beach and some restaurants/local small shop. Only thing that would be useful would be to have some kitchen basics eg salt, pepper, washing tablets, matches. But useful having some soap and washing up liquid.

Lovely Villa in Menorca

Lovely villa in a great location. Spotlessly clean on arrival and a very comfortable stay. Communication was great and check in was easy. Cala Blanca was a great place to stay with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Cala Blanca restaurant was our favorite and it was right on our doorstep. Belen was a great host and she checked regularly to see if we were ok. Her colleague Serafin greeted us and gave us lots of useful information. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wishing to visit the beautiful island of Menorca.

Lovely villa

From start to finish the communication with Belen the property owner was quick and efficient. All questions were answered easily and very helpful. We were met at the property by a lovely chap Serafin, who gave us a tour of the villa and showed us how everything worked. The villa itself is lovely and is situated in an ideal spot with the mini market/pub at the end of the street and a few minutes walk to the beach/restaurants. The bedrooms are a perfect size and the kitchen/living area also. Outside space is good, with a lovely secluded pool area. We know the area very well and we’re very happy with our choice and would gladly return

Stunning paradise

We have just returned from our 10 night stay at this stunning, lovely Cala Blanca villa. We literally can’t fault this place. Everything was so spotlessly clean upon our arrival (even when you move beds around there is no dust or dirt!).The pool area was divine and again clean and maintained twice a week. The filter is on a timer so no fuss needed from us. It was private so everyone felt comfortable while swimming as it was not overlooked.Our children enjoyed their bedrooms and they actually slept later here as it was so much darker due to the shutters! Thank you!!! We adored the neighbourhood and the local beach/ restaurants. Hola ola and Jenny’s were our favourites. Top 5 plus points:• 5 mins drive to the nearest supermarket with everything you would need.• Cala Blanca is so easy and beautiful to walk around.• the villa has everything you could require to cook with and even has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom! Ceiling fans in the others which you can control are so good too. • close to a water park and the city centre for fun and culture. (Son Saura beach was our fave!) - the neighbourhood is just divine. So residential and doesn’t feel too touristy. (Oh and Belén & Serafin made checking in so easy and actually got to come to the villa earlier than planned so that’s a bonus! Their communication during our stay was always open. Much appreciated!) Would love to come back again please!

Fantastischer Urlaub

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, vorab gab es schon eine fantastische Kommunikation. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Pool, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Chocktailbar waren optimal. Ferien, wie man sie sich wünscht.

Wunderschöner Urlaub und Villa in Menorca

Von Anfang bis Ende unseres Urlaubes war alles wunderschön. Wir hatten sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber/ Vermieter und die Villa auf Menorca war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Menorca hat sehr schöne Strände und man kann mit Kindern viel unternehmen (Bootsfahrten, Zoobesuch, Aqua Park uvm.). Alles in allem war es wirklich ein Traumurlaub und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen :).

Un petit paradis

La villa est conjointe à une seconde identique mais sans vis à vis. Très confortable, proche de la plage. On se gare dans la rue ou à quelques mètres. Quartier calme et hôte accueillant et disponible.

Tanto la casa como la zona donde está son perfectas

Todo perfecto, lo único que nos chocó un poco fue el tema de la limpieza de la piscina, se nos dijo que pasarían 2 veces y siempre pronto por la mañana, para que no incomodase. Realmente pasaron 3 días, y dos de ellos a las 13:30 y a las 17 de la tarde, con lo cual era un poco incómodo ya que invadía un poco la intimidad en la propia terraza a esas horas. Aún así, por lo demás, perfecto, la verdad, muy contentos.

Everything we needed.

Had a great 9 night stay at this cosy, practical apartment with my wife and 4 grown children and had plenty of room when you count the outside space. Nice size pool, big enough for a splash about all surrounded by a small enclosed garden area gives you all the privacy you need. Upstairs, a good sized double bedroom with air conditioning, en suite bathroom and small balcony was a major plus while at ground level, the two double rooms with twin beds were ample for the big kids - there’s no air conditioning for these rooms but large quiet fans were supplied. The outside barbecue was a handy addition a few times during our stay and the kitchen area was practical with enough utensils for everyday use - although the noisy washing machine does take some getting used to but I’m sure Belén will replace this sooner rather than later as I don’t think it has much life left in it! The living room was often used as a chill out area after we had been out for the night mainly because this is where the second air conditioning unit is situated. With the apartment on the quieter side of the bay there are some good bars and eateries nearby all within 5 minutes stroll but not so noisy as to disturb your sleep. The beach is close at hand and if you venture to the other side of the bay you will find lots more bars, pubs and restaurants that cater to all needs. For your essentials there is a small supermarket close by but for a bigger shop we went to Julia’s by the strip on the other side of the bay and right opposite is a lovely and inexpensive restaurant called Jenny’ but you would be hard pressed to find a poor menu anywhere in Cala Blanca. Belén and Serafin were just a phone call away to answer any queries we may have had. If you want a practical base from which to explore the island and enjoy the lovely Cala Blanca then I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful house

We had a fantastic holiday in Cala Blanca, the house is clean, quiet and well equipped. Belen was extremely helpful and good to know she was there if we needed her. The house is within walking distance of many restaurants and only a short walk from a beautiful small beach. If you do book this house, I would recommend you go to the beach early evening to watch the sunset, it is perfect. We hope to return to your property Belen, thank you.

Deliciosa estancia en Menorca

Estuvimos una semana en Menorca. La casa es estupenda para una familia. La localización es muy buena porque está muy cerca de Cala Blanca (unos metros andando) y la zona es muy tranquila. La casa es cómoda y está bien equipada por lo que tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El trato con los dueños ha sido muy agradable y aunque afortunadamente no tuvimos ningún problema con las instalaciones durante nuestra estancia, ellos estaban disponibles para cualquier eventualidad. Es una villa muy recomendable para unas vacaciones. Si podemos, repetiremos

Maison vraiment très agréable, description parfaite, nous avons était très bien accueilli par Serafin et Belen. Acertamos con la elección de la casa

Al buscar alojamiento en Menorca queríamos independencia y comodidad. La elección fue acertada. La vivienda esta muy bien situada y tranquila, cerca de una cala (100 metros) muy recomendable y con acceso mas cercano al mar desde una plataforma situada en las rocas para los días que no te apetece excursión por la isla. La casa está limpia y muy bien equipada, con supermercado cercano para compras de urgencia (andando) y un hipermercado a 5 minutos en coche. El trato con los dueños muy familiar y ningún problema con las gestiones. Gente de confianza y lo se lo agradecemos encantados.
