Fabulous Malaga Location with Parking

The property exceeded all expectations for location and ease of check-in. Sergio was great and readily available to aid in two check-ins based on flight arrivals.

Clean and Accommodating

The flat was tremendously clean. I’ve never seen anything that clean outside of a hospital! It was well stocked with all you would need to be comfortable. The space was lovely and the patios were adorable. The area could not be more central and lovely. I will stay here any and every time I come to Malaga.

Wonderful place to stay.

This property is a great location for walking to all of Centro Malaga. Great restaurants and shopping area. Check-in was made very easy by Sergio. If we ever needed anything, Sergio was always available and prompt in helping us. He arranged a taxi for us to the airport. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sergio for everything.

Great stay in Malaga, apartment a moderate walk from station, and across the road from a supermarket. The apartment was clean and great size for 4 adults. Sergio was excellent to communicate with (he had beer, water & coke in fridge on arrival 👌) I highly recommend staying here. A wonderful 6 nights!

Sergio was so responsive to any problem. Everything went smoothly. The neighborhood was nice and very close to all the action during Carnival.

Nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Malaga and the physical property was excellent! The biggest issue we faced was finding the property, especially because of the general street construction in the immediate area of the building and parking facility. We also learned that very few Spainards speak anything other than rudimentary English.

Great location. Specious apartment

We stayed in Malaga for two days my family and really enjoyed the property. The property was very clean, bright, ample space for everyone. The owner was great. He met us at the apartment, we did a walk-through with him, explaining us about the apartment, and how to navigate Appliances. He also gave us a related suggestions for local diaries. I would highly suggest this place for families. There’s also a big grocery store across the street which made it really nice.

Great Location in Old Malaga

A large spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, private patio in atrium, balconcy overlooking the street, kitchen and living room with all amentities. Great location in old city within 15 minute walk of all attractions and the Med. We stayed 42 days and loved the many restaurants, museums, art galleries, forturess and palace. There were three grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. Sergio our host responded very quickly to all our requests or concerns. We did not need a car (though our son rented one to take us to Gibraltar.) Great vacation in a lovely spot.

We love Malaga!

Sergio answered all our needs and questions very quickly! Apartment was simple but pleasant. Best thing about this rental is the location in the historic center. We walked to everything and enjoyed the museums and shops. Walked to main market for olives and fruit. Every restaurant or taparía was good to excellent! Grocery store across the street from apartment. We had a wonderful week!

Très bien située en limite du Centro Historico où tout est accessible à pied même pour des personnes âgées (70 et 74 ans) dans un secteur animé avec toutes les commodités (supermarché, restaurants, etc...). Les chambres donnent sur une petite arrière cour très pratique et sont très calmes. Salle de bain parfaite. Equipement général très correct. Climatisation très efficace. Accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire qui habite l'appartement à côté et est très disponible. Parking à 100 mètres sans problème d'accès (Skoda Karok). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une ville pleine de ressources et d'activités. Merci encore à Sergio.

God beliggenhed

Lejligheden ligger centralt for oplevelser i den gamle bydel med gode spisesteder og barer og alligevel med ret kort gåtur til stranden. Lejlighedens indretning var perfekt til to par. Sergio var let og hurtig at kommunikere med både før, under og efter vores ophold. Da vi en aften fik er mindre problem i lejligheden, kom han straks og ordnede det - og gav endda en flaske rødvin.

The perfect place and the perfect host

The apartment is perfect for visiting Malaga and live in the heart of the city; perfect for a large family or group of friends, very clean and well equipped. Quite in the night but close to pubs, restaurant and clubs. Sergio is the perfect host: easy communication, flexible and very helpful with everything; leaving in the next door is a plus for any circumstance. Strongly recommended!

Although the layout of the apartment is a little strange (one bedroom and bathroom are off the kitchen), the apartment was comfortable. Sergio lives in the next apartment and was available for questions or problems. The apartment faces a busy construction and street, but the bedrooms are on the back side, so the noise is not an issue for sleeping. When we used the stove and the living room heater at the same time, the circuit went out, but Sergio showed us where the circuit breakers were. It was great being able to walk around the city and see all the Christmas lights.

Ideal for two couples with a bit of privacy

The layout of the flat means that each of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom so it was ideal for us travelling with another couple but wanting a bit of privacy. The only downside of the layout is that the kitchen is at the other end of the corridor to the dining room, but that wasn't a problem for us. There were enough of us to carry stuff!
