Exclusive and quiet apartment only 30 seconds walking distance to La Concha beach. Situated right in the historical centre of San Sebastian but in a tranquil and quiet area. The perfect spot to enjoy an authentic experience of this exceptional city!!!

At the 3rd floor of a singular building, only 30 seconds from La Concha beach, you will find an apartment that will dazzle you in a special way.
Just a few meters away you will find the La Choncha path, where you will see locals everyday enjoying morning walks to the neighboured beach Ondarreta. Only 3 minutes walking distance you will find the Cathedral of Buen Pastor as well as the exclusive commercial area, artisanal bakeries, many cafes, etc.

Elegant, modern and cozy. The apartment has 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a big living-dining room which can easily host up to 8 people. From its large windows you can see a little piece of our beautiful La Concha beach.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment provides you with absolutely everything necessary for your stay: TV, washing machine, iron and ironing table, water boiler, automatic lemon/orange squeezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as toys and a baby´s high chair etc. and, of course, high speed WIFI.
We also provide you with the bed sheets and towels, as well as a small cleaning kit.

With a perfect location only 30 seconds walking distance to La Concha beach and only 3 minutes from the city´s Cathedral, our apartment is the best location for enjoying your stay in San Sebastian!!!

The apartment was a great location! A street away from the main boardwalk and the beach. We were met by Aymar, who was on time and had texted in advance to schedule a time to meet to get into the apartment. We even were able to check in early, which was amazing after hours of travel from the USA with 3 kids. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The apartment is accurately described- very clean and well maintained. We were told in advance about the elevator so we knew to expect a "rough" entryway. Be aware there is no dryer so you'll have to line dry your clothes (not a big deal to us). We were very happy with our stay!

Location, Location, Location

Amazing location. One minute walk to the center of a fabulous beach, close to many wonderful restaurants and walkable to just about everything you want to see in San Sabastion. Only a short drive to many other interesting towns. Javier helped us find close and reasonable parking.The condo was exactly as pictured, clean and spacious. The lobby and elevator were being renovated during our stay. So, we had to use the stairs. Because of this we were offered a different location, a refund or a discount. We obviously chose the discount and glad we did! With all the wonderful food that we ate, a little extra exercise really helped.This is not a negative but something to plan on if you stay here (and you should). Although there is a washing machine there is no dryer. There is a clothesline (we loved the retro feel). So, leave plenty of time for laundry to finish.We can't wait to go back and see the renovation completed.

Great apartment, great layout, very spacious, and amazing Location, second time in San Sebastián and this place checks all the boxes, perfectly situated a minute walk to la Concha Beach and very short walk the old historical center and all the Pintxos bars and restaurants. Aymar was great greeting us when we arrived. Definitely would recommend

What a great place to stay

Our host was great!!!!! He was five star all the way. Our train getting into town was delayed and he still met us at the door in the rain at 23:00 and helped us with our luggage. He walked us through the living area and pointed out thing of interest within the apartment. He gave us a printed guide of places to go and see with a full review of each place in the guide. We needed a couple of cabs during our stay, and he had no issue scheduling them for us. The apartment was very clean, organized, and everything was basically brand new. The beds were comfortable, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The location of the apartment was also great because it was just a short walk to everywhere you wanted to go. The host recommended a coffee shop that was a block away and it was also great!
