The apartment is located on the third floor with lift, of a beautiful building in the heart of Rome, in the Rione Monti.

It consists of a first double room, with bunk bed, balcony and en suite bathroom.

Following there is a living area, with the kitchen, the dining table and a second complete bathroom.

Then follows the second double bedroom, with balcony and en suite bathroom.

Finally there is the third bedroom, very large and bright, with a double bed.

Loved this property. Comfortable beds, ample bathrooms for a family of five and great location. We could basically walk anywhere we wanted. A/C worked very well and meeting our host right away was perfect. Communication was great as well.

Close enough to walk

We enjoyed our stay. It is a small place but most apartments are here.The only issues were the showers had mold and there was minimal toilet paper.It is about 15-20 minute walks to major sites.

Great place to stay

Awesome place for the 5 of us. Had everything we needed. It is located close to the train station that allowed us to walk from the train station when we arrived in Rome also close to the subway and bus stops. Checking was easy and Edoredo was very helpful and full of suggestions if place to go and things to do.

Wonderful apartment, great location

We came from US with limited knowledge of the city and this apartment was perfect for a larger family. We have 5 people and this easily accommodated our family. The apartment was fairly modern inside, very clean and had everything needed for a long weekend (or even an extended stay). Nice small veranda with view of city streets. Can walk to Colosseum or down to central dining and shopping in 5-7min. Checkin process was very easy and they even helped get us a private van to the airport upon departure. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Rome.

Roman holiday

Our flight came in at 8pm, our host was there at the house to great us, with keys and information regarding home and restaurants to eat, Apart was great location close to bus stops and within walking distance to colosseum and basilica. Having three bathrooms made getting ready in the morning great so that we can make our tours.One thing, if you have bad knees or issues climbing up or down stairs, please be aware that elevator only takes one person at a time. I heard a few older people talk about it during our stay.Keep in mind the area “monti” means mountain and expect steps, inclines and slopes.But it’s hip with artist, designer shopping, flower stands, markets, and plenty of restaurants.We enjoyed our time on this property and area
