Elegant apartment located in the heart of one of Rome's most beautiful and historic neighbourhoods: Rione Monti.

Thanks to its strategic position, many of the city's main attractions can be easily explored on foot. The apartment offers an enchanting and peaceful refuge, making it the perfect starting point for your daily tours of the Eternal City.

Carefully designed and finished down to the smallest detail, the apartment offers a refined mix of modern comfort and classical elegance, ensuring a truly exclusive stay. The apartment is located on the second floor (no lift).



The apartment features a spacious and bright living room equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV.

The dining area includes a breakfast corner with sink, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

A fully equipped and separate kitchen offers an oven, a microwave, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, with access to a balcony overlooking a quiet internal courtyard.

The apartment includes three spacious double bedrooms, each with:

private bathroom, flat-screen Smart TV, large wardrobes and a safe.

Each bedroom is inspired by masterpieces displayed in the Vatican Museums and the Borghese Gallery.

-The Yellow Room is dedicated to Bernini's Rape of Proserpina and offers all modern comforts.

-The Green Room, inspired by Silenus with Baby Dionysus in his arms, features a double bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request, as well as a freestanding bathtub for moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

-The Red Room, dedicated to Paolina Borghese as Venus Victorious by Canova, is distinguished by a luxurious whirlpool bathtub.

Ultra luxe property near Colosseum, Termini train station

We were here with kids, and the place is absolutely stunning. Modern amenities (new washer/dryer, TVs with streaming, etc.), great location, and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in many apartments and we always look for someplace that is quiet, has comfortable beds, and is clean. This would get five stars for every one of those categories. Even though it was in the heart of Rome, the building and the neighborhood were very quiet, allowing us to rest at night. It was close to everything and there is a taxi stand just a minute or two walk from the front door. Maria and her crew were second to none! I highly recommend this place.

Just beautiful!

Just a gorgeous apartment! Pictures don't do it justice. Has everything you could possibly need. Meticulously clean, Location was just perfect to walk to all the attractions. Would stay here again!

Great Central Apartment

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The apartment was even better in person than what you see in the pictures. Close to almost everything and the Property management made the stay great. Would highly recommend this apartment when in Rome. J

Outstanding

The photos don’t do it justice, even more beautiful in real life. Once over having to lug your luggage up two flights of stairs, this place is a gem. Lots of space for a large family. The support staff were great and supportive. Five stars

Excellent apartment - spacious - well appointed

Loved our stay! The location of the apartment was perfect. Maria was especially responsive and helpful with transportation. Having a washer/dryer was really nice. Our only issue was towels. They only provide one per person along with a hand towel. This seems to be common practice with rentals in Rome.

Overall, I’d give this stay 3.5 stars if I could. The location is prime and access to the big attractions is definitely valuable. However, we ran into several issues with wifi not working in half the property, hot water not available in at least 1 bathroom throughout the time, tub not functional and a few other minor things. We reached out to the number provided and unfortunately responses weren’t as prompt as we anticipated for the issues. For the price we paid for the stay, don’t think I’d book this place again.

We're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the Wi-Fi issue, we identified that the Wi-Fi extender had been switched off, which affected the signal in part of the apartment. As soon as we were informed, we arranged for a technician to come to the apartment and restore the connection. Unfortunately, the technician was not able to enter the apartment, as access was not granted at that time, and therefore the issue could not be resolved during your stay. Regarding the whirlpool bathtub, it can be activated through a dedicated switch located next to the bathroom light switch. This information is also included in the House Manual provided in the apartment. We are sorry if this was not noticed during your stay. We also regret that our communication did not fully meet your expectations. We always do our best to assist our guests and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in a great neighborhood in Rome, close to everything. Our group of five enjoyed having our own rooms, own bathrooms, and great air conditioning during these hot summer days. Check-in was great as we walked from Roma Termini station to the apartment where Sara was waiting for us to let us in and show us around. Comfortable beds, good showers, a/c - what more can you ask for when traveling? We even had a dining room! Plus, the Monti neighborhood has everything you need nearby, including many restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay and a very accommodating host

While the propriety alone was fantastic, spacious and full of amenities the flexibility and support from the owner, Maria, stood out even more. After arriving to Rome and finding our hotel reservation had been canceled we booked this property. Maria promptly reached out to us to let us know when check-in was. We informed her that we had to get out of a hotel room early in the morning and asked if anyway we could check in earlier. She worked with us for a considerably earlier arrival and had someone, Simone, meet us at the apartment for a walk through. Simone was friendly and walked us through everything. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable and helped us to forget the terrible experience of finding out we did not have a hotel. We are keeping Maria in our contact list as we would definitely look to stay at her property again.

Beautiful space

We loved the decor, very comfortable beds and comfort (No street noise!) at night. The stairs both from the street and all the way up to the apartment were a challenge, but we did it! The location is near the coliseum and a number of more eclectic locations/food choices. In all, a great stay at a very beautiful apartment.

Fantastic Stay, Excellent Neighborhood

The pictures of the apartment were spot-on. It was apparent that a thoughtful designer planned the space. Maria took care of us and checked in during our stay. The artsy Monti neighborhood was just our speed. Bordering the city's main attractions, we had unique shopping and restaurants, all within a 10-minute walk.

Wonderful, comfortable property

The best thing about this property is the comfort and management of the apartment. It has all the things a family could need, was clean, and the management was very helpful during check-in and the stay. The management arranged taxis for us and oriented us well to the area. They were always available to answer questions from Americans trying to figure out how Italians do things. A few minor things to be aware of, none of which take away from our rating: - It is on the third floor (for Americans), so be ready to haul luggage up a few flights. - The immediate neighborhood itself wasn't great, but the property is close to the Metro and many restaurants and gelato shops. Our favorite pizza place was a five minute walk and the best gelato shop we found was 100 yards down some steps and across the street. A very good supermarket (for Rome) is about an 8 minute walk away. Overall, this was a great spot and highly recommended.

Incredible home, Best experience!

The property was brilliantly laid out. 3 bedrooms all had their own bathrooms that were physically located between the rooms for great sound proofing! The common areas were huge and welcoming. Kitchen was a hair small, but all utensils, pots, and dishes were there and the dining room was perfect! The location was about 7 blocks from Termini Station. An easy walk depending on your luggage choices. Uber was available between 4 and 9 minutes wait every single time. Fares ranged from 13 to 22 Euros for anywhere we wanted to go. Also, plenty of automated scooters available for rent. Restaurants were abundant within 3-5 blocks, as were pharmacies and small grocery stores. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for every reason, the number one best thing was COMMUNICATION!!!!! We never even texted Maria! She text to let us know everything! She arranged travel to the airport. She arranged check in and out times. She gave us WhatsApp numbers for anyone that we needed to interact with! Maria was the single best property manager I have ever dealt with anywhere in the World. She definitely cares tremendously! This trip was with my in laws, and I still had enough space! I will book this place again for my wife, my 15 yo son, and my 12 yo daughter ASAP. I could not have been more impressed.
