Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the apartment's excellent location and its proximity to Rome's main attractions. We're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the Wi-Fi issue, we identified that the Wi-Fi extender had been switched off, which affected the signal in part of the apartment. As soon as we were informed, we arranged for a technician to come to the apartment and restore the connection. Unfortunately, the technician was not able to enter the apartment, as access was not granted at that time, and therefore the issue could not be resolved during your stay. Regarding the whirlpool bathtub, it can be activated through a dedicated switch located next to the bathroom light switch. This information is also included in the House Manual provided in the apartment. We are sorry if this was not noticed during your stay. We also regret that our communication did not fully meet your expectations. We always do our best to assist our guests and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your feedback, which helps us continue improving our service. Kind regards, Maria HomeTop
