Villa Guaita II by Villa Plus

Villa Guaita II (formerly known as Villa Julia) is a charming 2 bedroom Majorcan villa, located in the picturesque Pollensa countryside. The old town as well as the facilities and beaches of both Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are all within a short drive. The house is bright and airy, and has views over the surrounding olive trees to the Tramuntana Mountain range. Outside the villa has a private swimming pool, a small lawned garden and a delightful brick BBQ and shaded dining area. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Guaita II is in a great location, positioned between the old town of Pollensa, the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa and the lively area of Alcudia. You'll find a wealth of shops and a diverse choice of places to eat at any of the nearby resorts. Plus, both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia have a fantastic sandy beach! You can also find a couple of great golf courses, a waterpark, water sports and various historic attractions nearby.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
