About Us
We're a UK-based family who fell in love with the Saint-Tropez area and made Villa Paloma our second home. Perched on a hill just 2km outside Saint-Tropez, it's the perfect vantage point—close enough to reach beaches, restaurants, and the bustle of town in minutes, but far enough to feel genuinely peaceful and private.
We enjoy hosting because we love sharing what makes this place special. The region offers sailing, local wine, hilltop views, and brilliant restaurants. But the villa is equally about retreat—a place to slow down, swim in the pool, read on the terrace, and unwind properly.
What We Offer
A comfortable, well-maintained villa with everything you need. Good bedding, a proper kitchen, shaded pool area, working Wi-Fi. We've thought through the details, and our manager Delores is here to help with anything during your stay. American and fluent in French, she's lived in the area for years and knows the region inside out—perfect for restaurant tips, local advice, or any questions that come up.

Why We Fell in Love with This Place
The Saint-Tropez region isn't just about the postcard views—though the sunsets from our hillside are genuinely stunning. It's the texture of the place: the mix of old Provence, Mediterranean energy, and genuine local character that somehow survives despite the glamour.
We came for the sailing. The waters here are exceptional—clear, varied coastlines, and access to everything from leisurely cruises to proper sailing challenges. Gigaro beach is a particular favourite; it feels like a secret even when it's busy. We spend half our time on or near the water.
But there's so much more. Market days in Saint-Tropez are brilliant—local produce, olives, cheese, flowers—and it's where you actually meet locals rather than tourists. The nightlife scene is world-class if you want it: Cave du Roy and the other clubs deliver exactly what they promise. For something more relaxed, Nikki Beach and Club 55 capture that perfect balance of style and ease. Marius a la Plage is exactly the kind of restaurant we love—unpretentious, exceptional food, feet in the sand.
What We Love Most
It's the variety. You can have a quiet morning at the market, lunch with your feet in the sea, sail in the afternoon, and be dancing until 2am if you fancy it. Or do none of that and simply sit on your terrace with a glass of rosé and watch the light change. The area gives you everything, and somehow it never feels forced.
The locals—the real ones—are proud of the place without being precious about it. There's a generosity of spirit here that's rare.

What Sets Villa Paloma Apart

Plenty of shaded areas, space to move around, room for small groups to spread out without feeling crowded. The terrace setup is designed for different moods: intimate dinners, morning coffee, afternoon lounging.

If you're into sports, the location is brilliant. Three padel clubs and three tennis clubs within 20 minutes—so whether you're a casual player or serious about it, there's choice and quality. Sailing is on your doorstep. The beaches are genuinely accessible, not a trek.
