Malagueta Palmeral de las Sorpresas is a property located in the heart of La Malagueta, considered one of the best residential areas of the city. The location is exceptional since it is just a step away from main spots such as the Palmeral de las Sorpresas, Pompidou Museum, Paseo del Parque, Picasso Museum or La Alcazaba. As it is one of the best areas of the capital, you can find exclusive restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and local businesses very close to the apartment. Furthermore, the beach is located only a few steps away from the apartment.



Malagueta Palmeral is a three bedrooms apartment with two bathrooms that has all the functionalities. It is a very quiet and spacious apartment, which also has a very comfortable terrace. This apartment has all the comforts, appliances and all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home.



It has been recently decorated, providing a very personal style and making the apartment a very cozy place to live during your stay in Málaga. The rooms are fully equipped with 100% ECO cotton bedding and have two bathrooms. One of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



With a pleasant 5-minute walk, crossing the wall of the Alcazaba or the Paseo del Parque we can reach the center of the city, where we can enjoy some of the most exclusive and authentic restaurants in Malaga.

Caleta Homes Office was not especially welcoming at check in - no offer to assist with luggage and gave inadequate directions to apt - we are two seniors with luggage - no assistance was offered and the staff was less than gracious

Awesome beach piso

Very clean apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large central sala with balcony. The area is safe with many restaurants and is very walkable. La Malagueta beach is a quick 5 minute walk. We would love to stay again!

Spacious Apartment in Malagueta Neighborhood

Located within 5 mins walking distance to Malagueta beach, close to pier, shops and restaurants. Updated property with all modern accommodations. Check in process requires meeting management company representatives at another location, slightly inconvenient, but still a good booking.

I liked the location, right beside Muelle Uno. Also liked the large table in the living / dining room which we could all sit around comfortably. The fridge was switched off when we arrived and took a good 15 hours (overnight) to cool down which meant we struggled to keep the cheese, milk etc that we had just bought cool to start with.

Okay place to stay in Malaga

This flat was pretty large and in a good location. The sofa was a little dirty/grungy. There were very few amenities- no paper towels, not enough toilet paper. We didn’t have hot water on the first day. The gas had been turned off because the stove was not working so the property manager had to call a repair man. He was able to fix it; however the clock on the stove kept clicking all the time, and it was a little loud. This place was just okay.
