Villa Bella is a delightful villa located in a prestigious and quiet area of Forte dei Marmi, just 5 minutes from the city center, and 800 m from the sea.

Surrounded by a private enclosed garden with lawn, the property features a private parking for 3 cars, and a terraced patio with some seats, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. At the back of the garden you will also find a dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco melas.



Internal Description



Villa Bella is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. Small pets are allowed on request.



Basement: On this level you will find a large relaxation room with a pool table, table football, fireplace and armchairs. Following there is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), and a laundry room with washing machine and sink.



Ground floor: The ground floor houses a large and bright open-space living area, with direct access onto the terraced patio, furnished with: two sofas (including a corner sofa), fireplace, tv and a large dining table for 8-10 people. Then there is a spacious kitchen with direct access to the garden, equipped with: dining table, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

Lastly you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub).



First floor: The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, made up of 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and parquet floors. Furthermore, two bedrooms also have direct access to the covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house and garden maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 2,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150.00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
