The house is very quietly located on top of a hill with a beautiful 360 degree view of the Armanzola valley and the mountains. The nearby village of Partaloa is within walking distance. The market town of Albox is 5 miles away.
At the moment only the Casita (max 4 pers) is rented. When the casita is rented, the villa is not in use.
The Casita is located to the left of the villa. So total privacy.

The seaside resorts of Vera and Mojacar are 40 to 45 minutes away.
The house is privately situated with beautiful views of the Armanzola valley.
From the house you can take several beautiful walks via a private road and enjoy the exceptional nature.​

The casita is on the left of the photo.
Has its own kitchen with sitting area, TV and fiber optic / WiFi internet , also at the pool.

The casita has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a family bathroom.​
The bathroom has a spacious sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
There is a separate utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Outside there is a spacious fenced private swimming pool of 5 by 10 meters with various places where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views.
You can use the pool bar and all outdoor facilities: barbecue, deckchairs ..

For the time being, only the Casita (max 4 persons) is rented.

The house is easy to reach from the main road (800m). The last piece is a private paved concrete driveway closed with an electric gate. A spacious parking for several cars gives you access to the casita.


Casa Armalia has fiber optic Internet 500/500 Mbit/s and WIFI suitable for streaming. A (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast is available.
The reception is done by the house manager who is available if you have any questions.
