The apartment comes with an encloser private patio. Cosy and comfortable, sure to be ideal for any traveller. Accommodating for couples or single traveller. Unit is equipped with everything needed for short or extended stays

Great place. Close to the beach, grocery store and Restaurants. Had a car but it would be possible to stay there without a car since everything is in walking distance. To explore different beaches a car is definitely recommended. Property was clean and provided everything needed. Felt save and communication with host was great, especially since my google maps would not show me the right place. I can definitely recommend this stay.

Located in a small quiet neighborhood, minutes away from beach, and store, upon arrival we received a welcome bottle of wine and a beautiful flower bouquet, and we were greeted by our host, The Moors. Thank you, we will return.

Great stay and kind host

Accomodation was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely kind, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. There are some stray dogs in the area so if you're scared of dogs keep that in mind, but overall we would highly recommend this stay! Thanks again!

Convenient was near to everything, all the nice restaurants were within a 7 minute drive. The owners were nearby and easy to communicate with.

Birthday Tribute

Mr. and Mrs. Moore were very good host and accommodating. When I arrived I was greeted with. Bottle of champagne and a lovely floral arrange to help me celebrate my birthday.Place was conveniently located with everything located within 1mile. I would highly recommend staying at Moore Residence.

Relaxing vaca

Apartment had everything we needed - kitchen/washer dryer, host provided beach chairs/cooler/beach towels. Location was close to beach but suggest car rental. There is a lot of construction on the island right now.

Enjoyed our stay

We thought it was reasonably priced for a location close to Grace Bay. We did rent a car and drove everywhere, which we would recommend. We had no safety concerns. There's an umbrella, 2 chairs, towels and cooler for the beach which we used often. Otherwise we paid 30 to 50 u.s. to rent an umbrella and 2 loungers. Unit was perfect size for 2 people.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable. We appreciate our hosts hospitality and their help with getting to the doctor and showing us the stores and beaches near by.

I love the location, it's quiet and the host is very responsive. I have felt safe at this stay, traveling alone. This was my 2nd stay and I will be returning again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I loved all of the amenities along with the location. It was quiet and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. They check-in to ensure the accommodations are as expected and respond to questions promptly. This was my second stay at this property and I will be returning, hopefully soon.

Clean And private...recommend liv area air-conditioning and a bedroom tv if your interested in bed rest with aeeing the local news or world news or a show.....this really should be considered...was great staying here..ill definitely stay again..be mindful minor stray like dog barking nearby at night if your a light sleeper. Close to main highway and great area but definitely not 8 min walk..like 26..3 miles away

Amazing Apartment

My wife and I were never to Turks and Caicos. We're not resort people either and we've used VRBO in the past as we did here. The apartment was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we wanted. Here are a few of the ones I look for. A/C in bedroom Safe to lock up extra money washer/dryer kitchen and dining area Queen or King size bed This place checks all the boxes. The communication with the owner was top notch. They also gave us a list of recommendations to do while on the island. Word of advice is rent a car. You can't get around without one. We toured the entire island probably twice and ate some fabulous food while there. They provided us a list of activities to do and places that you should eat. That was a nice touch. I use Trip Advisor quite heavily when we travel and the places they suggested were high up on the list. I'd highly recommend staying here. They are renovating what will probably be a 2 bedroom apartment. I'm hoping upon our return that we can rent that as well if we bring our adult children and their spouses.

Hidden gem

This was perfect for myself (24) and my cousin (21). It is about a mile from grace bay resorts. The place was very clean and had everything needed and more. The host responded to our question with in minutes and made the stay very easy. Would recommend this place if you don’t mind walking/driving to the grace Bay Area everyday.

Quiet apartment near Grace Bay beach

This was a nice place to stay for people that don’t need luxuries but want to be near Grace Bay beach. You can buy groceries nearby and cook meals for yourself if you choose. We had plenty of room to park our rental car for short drives to the beach and back. Keyless check in/out was very convenient. Would stay there again if we return.
