Charming 2-bedroom bungalow in fabulous Providenciales with AC

Stay comfortably in Providenciales at this 2-bedroom bungalow. The bedrooms feature a welcoming queen bed and a fantastic king bed. With AC to keep you cool, this amazing property is the perfect retreat for guests. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
This is a two-bedroom accommodation which is part of our home but separate for your use. The whole accommodation sleeps 4 (each room sleeps two guests) if booking for 2 or less, 1 king bed will be given (in one room). If two adults traveling together requires two separate rooms, a 50% surcharge of booking fee will apply. The front bedroom has a queen size bed, the back bedroom has a king size bed and adequate closet space. There is complimentary high speed WIFI, air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout the unit. There is NO kitchen. Each room has a 32-inch smart TV.
Even though there is NO kitchen, there is a microwave and mini fridge along with water dispenser for your use (hot & cold) in the unit. The bbq grill has a stove if you desire to use the grill to prepare a meal. We will assist you with utensils needed if available.

Hosts were very kind and provided anything we needed and were quick to respond. Property was nice and felt safe. Pool was clean. Glad we stayed here.

The host was lovely and welcoming. The space was clean and the host left snacks and a bottle of sparkling apple cider for my birthday. Please be aware there are roosters on the property so be prepared to hear them in the morning although we weren’t bothered. Also if the booking is for 2 people it is only 1 bedroom not 2 (read the fine print). The only downside were the ants in the second bedroom, they were fierce.

It was our pleasure to receive such a great review. Unfortunately the issue with the ants was not brought to our attention. As is our practice when checking in guests, they are reminded that we live in the tropics and every effort is made not to invite ants & other creepy crawlies. We provide a trash can on the porch for any items that contain food particles which we get rid of immediately as well as three monthly pest control treatment. The comfort of our guests is of utmost importance and we would have been grateful to address it immediately if reported.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was sparkling, clean and very refreshing. The location was about 10 minutes from various beaches. Each room had very comfortable beds great air-conditioning and TVs with various apps. I stayed with my husband and my two children ages 12 and 10 who shared the second bedroom. The food preparation area is very basic with a mini fridge and a microwave. The host was able to bring us plates cups, mugs, and silverware. He provides bottled filtered water through a dispenser. There was a grill outside, but we did not use it. There was a lovely wraparound covered veranda, where we ate our breakfast each morning. The home was very secure with a locked gate and in a safe neighborhood. We saved a lot of money by staying here and splurged on boat excursions and dinners out. The home is also on a canal and my nature loving 10-year-old loved looking at the fish. The host was very friendly and responsive and he stays on the main home on site but we had plenty of privacy. The pool was for our use only the entire time that we were there.
