Bakavu is an expansive, beautifully designed property, located in the Salamanca neighborhood. Salamanca is Madrid’s most upmarket district, where guests can find a wealth of amenities, upscale fusion restaurants, French-style façades, and plenty of greenery. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Bakavu is the place to come home to.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a cut above the rest, with its modern, Madrilenian decor. Two of the double bedrooms feature dedicated workstations, the other is adorned with woven light fixtures, bringing the jungle theme to life. All are artfully designed, with plenty of storage space. The detached bathrooms are sleek in design, with a fresh feel to them.

The fantastic, open living and dining area has light streaming in from the balcony, giving guests a taste of the famous Spanish sun. Guests can enjoy a coffee on the balcony seating area, or at the sizable dining table. The wooden and wicker furniture, along with the plants, add to this gorgeous open space.

The roomy kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils, and has extensive countertop space. This apartment is complete with air conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room to help you cool off in the summer. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
