Hightide has a lockable beach store so guests are able to leave paddleboards and surfboards after a day on the water. The residential estate has a communal slipway for boats plus outdoor communal shower to wash off the sand after you day on the beach.

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone and depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep you eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk East along the beach from Bracklesham to Selsey or West towards the villages of East and West Wittering.
