Beautiful, modern, bright, mid terraced, Victorian house. Everything has been renovated in the last few years. It‘s perfect for kids, as a few great parks are in walking distance.
It’s a 5min walk to the tube.
22mins to Oxford Circus on the Victoria line.
7min walk to the local Lloyd park and art gallery.
3min walk to the best pizza restaurant in Walthamstow.
Large open plan kitchen with polished concrete and underfloor heating.

Medium sized sun trap garden.


2 bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom with bath and shower
1 bedroom on the 3rd floor which has ensuite bathroom. There is a ground floor toilet.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect, giving us easy access to shops, restaurants, buses, overground & undergrond. The space itself was comfortable and well-maintained. We especially appreciated how well-stocked the home was; all the necessary utilities and amenities were provided, which made our trip so much more relaxing and convenient. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Cozy home away from home

The property is very specious for a family, with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The kitchen area is lovely and bright, with lots of lovely toys and books for smaller kids. Beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. Kitchen is also well equipped. Road was very quiet so we could enjoy a peaceful stay. Only negatives as that the TV didn’t have the regular channels (ITV / BBC etc) which we occasionally wanted to watch. Maybe we just couldn’t work out how to use it. And having so many personal effects around the property made the place feel cluttered eg no space in the wardrobe to hang clothes etc. but we managed alright. Overall a good house for a nice break in London, the location close to Walthamstow Village is also a plus as there are some amazing cafes there to enjoy.

Perfect home away from home

Julia’s home is a beautifully renovated space with lots of natural light and a calming blend of contemporary/bohemian decor. It is a truly lovely place to stay. Even the beds were super comfy! It is a quick and easy trip to central London. (We made it to Liverpool Street with a stroller and 5 year old in tow in under 30 minutes!) It is a great spot for groups or families with lots of bedrooms and spaces to relax in as well as all the necessities for kids/family life. Our kids loved the trampoline and books! The neighbourhood of Walthamstow adds to the appeal. It’s a lively and artistic area with shopping, great bread and coffee shops, restaurants and even a yoga studio. Our stay was truly delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. And thank you to Julia for being a wonderful host! She was always very kind and quick to respond- which made our stay even easier and more enjoyable. She also offered a few excellent restaurant tips. We highly recommend Julia’s home and we hope we can return for a longer stay next time!

Londra a casa Cullom

La casa è molto familiare, tre camere da letto matrimoniali comode ,la cucina top. La metro abbastanza vicina è un po’ lungo il tragitto 30 40 minuti, ma comunque tutto molto possibile siamo sei persone a noi risultata molto comoda. Molto bellino il quartiere con tutto dal supermercato a il mercato, quasi tutti i giorni. E non dire dei ristoranti in zona con costi notevolmente inferiori a Londra.
