Two French Sleigh King-size beds in ONE living/dining room with Logburner electric fire. Large corner sofa and dining table. Bathroom inc bath, shower over, basin &WC. Gas central heating. Kitchen, microwave, small fridge, toaster, omelette maker, air fryer, portable single induction hob. Fridge/freezer (60/40) in corridor outside the kitchen. Smart TV, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Front lawn with patio seating. Two well-behaved dogs under 25kg welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Off road parking available by prior appointment only, please contact owner in advance - £15 per night to be paid in advance of your stay subject to availability. EV charging by prior appointment with owner, requires the off-road parking to be paid for along with a power usage fee of £15 per day/night, £30 in total to be paid in advance of your stay subject to availability). Note; there is also plenty of road parking available in the Cul de Sac where the property is located.
