Home from home

Can’t fault this apartment, spotlessly clean throughout...so comfortable slept really well the whole 3 weeks of our stay. Very well equipped with everything you need for a stress free holiday also excellent WiFi. The complex pool and gardens are well kept. Would highly recommend. Thank you Craig.

Beach getaway

The apartment was exactly as described. Having the cleaners come in every week was a very pleasant surprise. It was really nice to have clean sheets and towels. The fridge worked well but it was noisy so some nights we had to shut the kitchen door and the bide took a long time to drain. The spacious veranda was also a very nice feature and the pool was a pleasant space.

O apartamento é perfeito para 4 pessoas com uma varanda generosa com vista para a piscina. Os quartos têm a dimensão necessária para um período de férias A piscina tem manutenção e limpeza regular. Zona tranquila e na verdade o comboio que passa a sul do condomínio não incomoda. Perto de restaurantes e supermercados e de acesso rápido a EN 125 o que permite explorar as diversas praias em redor

Estadia apartamento em Conceição e Cabanas de Tavira.

O apartamento está bem apetrechado fora o sofá cama cujo colchão/estrado são incomodos. Piscina muuto agradável. Bairro muito simpático. O proprietário fez sempre um bom acompanhamento ao longo da confirmação de reserva. Recomendo.

Férias 2020

Desde o início que o melhor da experiência nesta estadia foi a comunicação com o proprietário Craig. Foi sempre muito acessível e prestável, respondendo com rapidez e tentando dar resposta a tudo o que solicitei. A casa é bastante agradável, com divisões espaçosas e uma varanda fabulosa. Fizemos sempre as refeições na varanda. A piscina não tinha muita gente, estávamos sempre à vontade. Não tínhamos cadeiras na piscina, o que foi pena, mas tínhamos sido alertados dessa situação antecipadamente pelo Craig devido às restrições do COVID-19. No geral foi uma ótima experiência, a repetir e a recomendar aos amigos!

A really well equipped apartment, safe and secure, and quiet. Parking and lift access made this first floor accommodation easy living. TV and wifi were particularly well set up. The owner and the managers were all very responsive to our few requests. Cleaning and linen change were on offer as was a welcome pack, though we preferred to be self sufficient. This was our fourth stay in the Cabanas area and we hope to be back to this apartment as soon as we can.

Lovely apartment, nice quiet area

We stayed in Craig's apartment for a week in September. Prior to arriving communication from Craig was excellent as were the directions to the property he sent us. The property itself was in a nice quiet area about 25 mins walk from the town, which, although fairly small, has plenty of bars and restaurants.The distance didn't really bother us , sometimes we walked sometimes we took the car as there was plenty parking available. There are a couple of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, "Rota dos Sabores was excellent. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and the beds in the one we used were extremely comfortable. There's a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool which gets the sun till about 1pm. and its also nice and peaceful to sit there in the evening when the pool is lit up. We only used the pool once as we prefer the beach but it's a decent size and was very quiet, we seldom saw more than 4 or 5 people using it. The shuttle boat to Cabanas beach runs every 5 or 10 mins and it only takes minutes to cross. Our favourite beach though is Manta Rota a few miles up the coast. It's also nice to visit Vila Real and take the ferry over to Ayamonte in Spain. Our favourite trip was to the Island of Culatra (thanks Luis for recommending this) the boat leaves from Olhao and its a must see. Craig's apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. It's only an observation but it would have been nice to have a few extras e.g. kitchen roll, tinfoil,washing up liquid etc and maybe some tea towels. We find that most place have some extras now on a use and replace basis. There is a dishwasher but we only used it once as there were only the 2 of us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig's apartment to anyone planning to visit Cabanas.
