Where to start… We really was looking forward to have a wonderful time in this apartment.
Location is very nice and pictures did look very nice.
Unfortunately the horror started as soon as we stepped into the apartment.
The smell of disgusting cold cigarette smoke was the first thing that came into our noses, and it stayed for 9 days, every morning, every evening and we even brought it home after a 11 hours trip within our cloths…
The apartment was non smoking and we really were heavily disappointed about the first impression, also burn holes in the sofa, the kitchen chairs and even burn marks in the toilet were present.
We contacted the service team straight away, after three days someone finally came over, brought some perfume… we did not know if we should cry or laugh.
They offered us a different apartment, in a different city, which of course was not a solution, without any communication they returned a small amount back to us, which was not satisfactory at all, so we claimed this. They checked another 5 days wether they can return more always kept us optimistic in the chat to finally on the almost last day say that that is all that they can do.
There comment was, they offered perfume (which not helped) and a different apartment (in a completely different location) and that is all they can do…
1,5 weeks of playing with us and keeping us in an apartment which even might be health harming nicotine disposits in floor, furniture and walls.
