Cordoba combines rustic materials with modern finishing to create a remarkable grassland design in this 2 bedroom, 77 square meters unique property. Check out Berlin's world renowned art and alternative scene right outside the front door. Located in Friedrichshain, Cordoba is in the heart of Berlin's former East Block close to the Spree River Outdoor space is a Berlinese must to which Cordoba reigns. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Cordoba is the place to come home to.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property blends traditional with modern, typical Berliner decor. The first bedroom has a double bed that sits opposite a large window that can be opened up entirely to let in some fresh air. It’s adorned with plants, reminiscent of the grassland. The second bedroom has a queen size bed that’s enveloped in a hanging cloth to let guests sleep like royalty. It also has plenty of storage space and light. The bathroom, with a spa-like ambiance, has a bathtub for guests to unwind. The entire space is tiled and chic.

The living room has a full entertainment system and a dedicated workstation that’s all set and ready to go for remote working needs. The first balcony is connected to the living room and is a great space to sit, relax, and take in some sunlight. Following the living room back, is the galley kitchen that’s been stylishly decorated and boasts ample space to prepare food in. Further back is the dining table for three, which connects to the second balcony with a full outdoor dining area. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
