1: Maison 'Olivier', Domaine des Charmettes

'Maison Olivier ' is simply and elegantly decorated with classical and provencal furnishings. From the living room there is a beautiful view of the “Mont Ventoux” and the East vineyard. The kitchen opens on to a private stone patio and a Mediterranean herb and flower garden with flowering laurel bushes, thyme, rosemary and lavender. An arbor covered in honeysuckle and jasmine shades a sitting area next to the outdoor dining table and barbecue.

There is an open-space kitchen and living room with fireplace. Three bedrooms with ensuite bath/shower rooms.
Quality linens, bath towels and pool towels are furnished.

In the “pool area”, there is a very large floodlit swimming pool with a sliding semi-telescopic removable cover, sun beds and a covered sitting area. At poolside there are fig trees that provide shade. The pool is in a separate walled in area with a separate shower and toilet.

Laudun has a provencal market on Sunday mornings as well cafés, bakeries, and shops.

Great stay at the heart of Provence

It was a very enjoyable stay in the heart of Provence, in a beautiful house overlooking the home's vineyard with great local wine from the owner and the opportunity to cool off in the pool

Amazing !!!

An absolutely delightful week with grown children and their partners at this beautiful place. Laura the host was fantastic with communication. The place itself was just stunning. A short walk to town where too many pasties were bought. Spent alot of time laying by the well kept pool and eating in the quaint little garden area. Want to return again as quickly as possible. The whole family loved it !!!!!

Excellent séjour

Magnifique propriété au calme, grande piscine, maison de charme et hôtes tres accueillants , disponibles et discrets a la fois. De gentilles attentions à déguster qui nous ont fait bien plaisir. Plein d'équipements pour cuisiner. Le 2e gite n'était pas occupé et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Les 3 chambres ont leur espace et leurs salles de bain (petit bemol pour 2 d'entre elles qui auraient besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement). On a beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement et le charme de ce séjour, au milieu des vignes.

Gorgeous place - tranquil and comfortable

We stayed here for five days at the beginning of the summer, using the home as a base for exploring the beautiful region. We were thrilled with the whole experience. The house is located a short drive from a small town with a grocery store, butcher, and bakery. The house itself is on a beautiful property surrounded by a vineyard and olive groves. Our apartment, although attached to the main house, felt very separate from it, with its own terrace and a lot of privacy. There are three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large living room and kitchen. There is also a shaded outdoor eating and sitting area. The apartment was clean and spacious and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to buy local produce and cook every day, enjoying the outdoor space tremendously. Even though we were there during summer, the thick walls, shutters, and ceiling fans kept us comfortably cool. The best part was the beautiful pool, shared with the owners and one other apartment. The setting was beautiful no matter where we looked! The hosts were gracious, informative and responsive. Within 30-90 minutes we were able to visit many wonderful villages and sites by car: Avignon, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Uzes, Nimes, and Roussillon. This rental was a remarkable find, and we hope to return! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

a faire

superbe propriété avec une piscine absolument magnifique. Il faut toutefois préciser qu'elle est à partager avec le second gite de la demeure mais bien assez grande pour en profiter. La maison est très accueillante et complète. Laudun est un superbe petit village. Séjour à recommander.

Überraschend und allein mit Hund

Laura und Thierry sind sehr herzliche und unkonventionelle Gastgeber. Lauras Rat war immer sehr kompetent und hilfreich. Ein traumhaftes Anwesen mit viel Platz für den Hund- und Gastgeber, die sehr tierlieb sind!

Very comfortable!

Despite the stricter lockdown in April we really enjoyed our stay. With all the information about attestations and tips from the owners we could still visit several markets within a radius of 30 km's, for example in Uzès en Laudun itself. And the wine domains in Tavel and Chateau Neuf du Pape. Waking up with the singing of the birds and the rising sun form behind the Mont Ventoux really did give our stay something special. And everything in the house did function very well. Did make our stay very comfortable too. Thank you and we'll see you again hopefully!

Hübsches Ambiente auf einer Wein Domaine

Unsere großzügige Ferienwohnung Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lies auch nicht französisches Flair vermissen. Die dazugehörige Terrasse war hübsch gestaltet und lud sehr zum dort Essen und verweilen ein. Es machte viel Spaß in dem großen Pool in wunderschöner Umgebung mit Blick auf die Berge in der der Ferne zu schwimmen. Alles sehr gut gepflegt von den netten Besitzern Laura und Thierry. Wir hatten das Glück während der Weinlese vor Ort zu sein und haben einiges über die Weinerzeugung gelernt. In der Gegend gibt es so viel zu sehen, dass wir in 10 Tagen gar nicht alles erkunden konnten und sicherlich gerne noch einmal wiederkommen würden.

A special stay in Provence

Laura and her family made us feel so welcome and provided us with tons of local intel. The pool and outdoor areas were fantastic, giving plenty of options for sun or shade. We enjoyed taking the complimentary bikes out each morning, to make the short cycle into the village to get fresh baguettes and pastries. So much to see and do in the surrounding area if you can tear yourself away from the pool. Will definitely be back!

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui nous ont fait partager leur passion pour la vigne, et découvrir les secrets de fabrication de leur délicieux vin. Les logements étaient très confortables. Nous avons fait beaucoup de découvertes dans les environs. Bref, de très bonnes vacances.

Comfortable gite

Quiet, clean, spacious with quite firm beds. Very friendly and helpful English-speaking hosts. Two gites contiguous with main house, overlooking host’s field of organic grapes and pool. In small town 30 minutes from Avignon or Orange. A good location as a base for exploring northern Provence.

Wonderful stay

We were extremely happy with the accommodation provided by Laura. Very private outdoor area with comfortable chairs and table for eating at. Three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and good beds. The living room was also a good size, and kitchen/dining area also great. Two couples had lots of room, and everything was on one floor. Couldn't have asked for more, and with Laura's hospitality, it was just that little bit better.
