3 rooms apartment in Napoli (NA) on the third floor, comfortable and bright. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds The house is non-smoking only and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!

The lift, as per the condominium regulations, costs €0.20 for use.

In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.

Excellent séjour

Très bonne situation de l’appartement dans un quartier populaire : appartement entièrement rénové et mobilier neuf. Très propre et clair. Seul petit bémol concernant la vaisselle : une seule petite cuillère, pas de passoire à thé ou pour les pâtes et une seule très grand casserole

Well-furnished, spacious, airy accommodation

Spacious and airy with large, comfortable beds. There is A/C in several rooms, an essential facility in Summer. There is a lift to the 3rd floor property needing 20cents per use. The back rooms face a quiet, cool quadrangle; the front opens onto a VERY busy, noisy road. The cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave function well, but better cutlery and more crockery would help: only 2 mugs for instance, and flimsy knives and forks. There is an electric kettle, but only a tiny stove-top coffee maker. The washing machine works well though drying facilities are limited. Hot water is always available and the shower is efficient. The situation is central, but it is on a busy road. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the Centro Historico and local bars and eateries are on the main road, noisy and polluted all day long. Communication with Flavia, representing Mybnb.it, was brilliant, both before and during our stay; always helpful and very quick to respond. Many thanks, Flavia.

Amplio y limpio

El apartamento es amplio, comodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Estaun poco lejor del transporte piblico, pero en 10min andando coges el metro o llegas al inicio del cemtro para andar. Al lado hay de todo para desayunar o comprar comida

Wonderful apartment in the center of Naples

This apartment is right in the city center and a perfect location for exploring all that Naples has to offer. It's very spacious with comfortable beds and great amenities, and it's also conveniently close to shopping and restaurants.

The heart of Italian Living

This place felt like home. The place is spacious and airy and very tastefully done. Our month long stay gave us the opportunity gave us the opportunity to live like an italian local. The location was perfect. You can walk everywhere, but you can also take a short walk to the metro station and go everywhere. There are also plenty of buses you can take on the main street off the apartment. There is a fantastic produce market next door with super friendly staff, who became like family by the end of our stay. Across the street is a long streer with rows of outdoor shopping stalls selling everything you could think of. Ylenia, who checked us in, was very responsive of any questions we had. The air conditioning worked great on the hot days. There is an elevator, which costs 20 cents to use. It does eat your coins sometimes though, so we always made sure to carry a few. For mobility impaired persons, there is a few stairs to climb before reaching the elevator. We absolutely loved our stay and miss it there already!
