The nearest sandy beaches are approximately 5,5 km (Lido Arenella) and 9 km (Fontane Bianche) away from the property; Lido Arenella is one of the best organized and most beautiful private beaches of Eastern Sicily. The seaside resort of Terrauzza guarantees a bus connection every 90 minutes to Syracuse.

Small grocery store, public telephone booth and bus stop at about 200 m, restaurant / pizzeria at about 7 km, newsagent about 8 km (in the summer season). The shopping centres Carrefour and Lidl are in Syracuse.

Through the kitchen you reach the magnificent veranda, that is perfect for dining alfresco. A few steps lead to the swimming pool with Jacuzzi (open 01/04 to 31/10), where a small gazebo makes it possible to stay in the shade near the water. Another staircase leads to a terrace with beautiful views of the nearby sea, the entire surrounding landscape and the city of Syracuse. On clear days, even the Etna is visible. Here you can enjoy relaxing times outdoors.

A well-kept Mediterranean garden surrounds the entire house, thus expanding the already excellent outdoor spaces.

The spacious apartment is located on two floors and is comfortably furnished for six people. A few steps lead to the elevated, spacious open living area with a fitted kitchen (habitable) with air conditioning and a living room with wood oven and TV. Two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and an elegant bathroom with shower.

A few steps through an external stair lead down to a separate area with a further double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower (en suite). Extra bed possible for a surcharge. Washing machine. 2 bicycles are included in the price.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
