Modern villa set in 36OOm2 of grounds and designed to make the best of it's stunnig position, set upon a steep outcrop just to the north of the historical centre. It has amazing views from it's " window wall " across the plain to the the sea and the wooded slopes of the Alberes mountains.
Add an infiniti pool, a shady raised terrace,made for confortable outdoor living, large play area, 2 differnt BBQ outside dinning areas/summer kitchen with splendid sea and mountain views and you have the ideal Roussillon Holiday Home !
No need to drive to the selection of resturants bars and shops take a pleasant walk through the comunal park to our lovely and lively village.
Take the cycle path to Argeles sur Mer Le Racou beach or on to Collioure .
Visit the stuning Cote Vermeille and find your own cove on the way to the Spanish border.
Day trips to ,Andorra, Cathar Castles or even moutain golf course and spa at Falgos .
