DUxperience Apartment is located only 400 meters from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik’s historic center.

Offering extraordinary views of the Old town,DUxperience Apartment can be found in the Ploče region of Dubrovnik, just a few meters from the popular Banje Beach and approx. Guest will have unlimited access to WiFi.

Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.

A baby cot is available on request.
Parking is private reservation required.
This two bedroom apartment with furnished terrace can accommodate up to six people. It features air conditioning as well as Internet enabled LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. Super Views and Comfy

The location is perfect. Is close to Old Town, the cable car, and easy access out of town. The stairs are a good workout, but not that tough to manage. The parking spot is on a tough little side road but it's okay.

DUxperience Apartment was wonderful. There are a lot of stairs to the property and this could be a challenge for some or if carrying heavy luggage. One pro tip: ask to be dropped off above the apartment to take the road down to the apartment - this was much easier upon our arrival.We shared the apartment with two friends and the layout was perfect. We each had our own bathroom and were able to make some meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Our host, Nik, was very accomodating and offered suggestions for nearby restaurants and allowed us to have an early checkin after a long day of travel. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Brief visit

We had an amazing visit. The apartment was well equipped, our host was extremely responsive, and the apartment is so lovely. The walk up to the apartment quickly got easier over the course of our brief visit. The views are spectacular. We would rebook here in a heartbeat.

A Unique Apartment With Awesome Views

Our family of three stayed in July for three days. We luv'd the stay. The Stairs:We picked this apartment knowing that it has great views and a spa, but comes at the cost of 10 to 15 minute walk from Old Town, depending if you go up or down, the temp conditions and your fitness. Also luggage. The steps in the photo I've attached that leads from the apartment is the steepest / hardest section.The Apartment Interior:Beside the 2nd bathroom accessed from the lounge, the apartment feels spacious and has a good layout. The two bedrooms have windows that look out down towards Old Town and gives a light airy feel. Overall the apartment is stylishly decorated, but unfortunately the bedspreads are garish, and something just plain and complimentary colour would have been better. Also, one of the double beds had a single top sheet which is bizzare thing to do and was annoying to use.The Outdoor Area:We luved the outdoor area which has a table and chairs which was great for breakfast. The spa was a highlight. It has great expansive views of the ocean and island and the boats You can't see old town from the spa as there is a fig tree in that view (see attached pic). But we didn't mind, it's still great.The Arrival:Get an uber from the airport and I recommend to do as the Host says and get your driver to call him so he explain where exactly they need to drop you off (on a main road on the hill above the apartment). We got a taxi and he was a geriatric nightmare and more costly.

Nice but won't work for all

I feel a little like the apartment is over-sold on the site. It was incredibly hard to find/get to. You have to walk with your bags quite a distance which in the heat is extremely hard. Then on arrival the apartment is easy to get into and pleasant enough but there were a couple of things I feel need highlighting. Airconditioning - this is only present in the living room, so the bedrooms did not gain the benefit. Admittedly we were there during an extremely hot spell but it made sleeping tough. A few fans would help a lot. To say its 400m to the old town might be true as the crow flies, but it's down about 300 steps, which means up on the return. This is not for the faint hearted. It's hard work in the heat. And needs to be done to leave with all your luggage... I don't think this is unusual but needs to be thought through if you had small children or any fitness issues.
