Villa Levant has its own private access to the beach by steps from gardens overlooking the sea towards the Islands. It confortably sleeps 8 people in 4 air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms.



The villa presents itself on a small cliff overlooking the sparkling mediterranian sea, with lavishing views over to the Island of Levant. This unique position and access to the beach allows guests to enjoy fresh sea air from the confort of the garden and terraces.



Gigaro beach is but a few minutes walk where you will find a mix of restaurants from the bohemian to the exclusive Lilly of the Valley, lining the clear waters along the sandy beach, also a nature reserve.



The idylic location provides privacy and calm, but only a short drive to St Tropez and Pampelonne beaches, on a scenic drive along the coast. There is a 'litoral' or coastal walk taking you to StTropez, or as far as Brégançon, where the summer presidantal palace is, if you are ready to hike the distance.



The living area is open plan, adjacent to a large fully equipped, new , contemporary kitchen with a dining area, living room and a smart TV. The retractable windows give direct access to the terrace providing a wonderful sense of space opening to the sea.



The property has 4 Air-conditioned bedrooms on 2 levels, each with ensuite bathroom, styled in a classic provencal beach vibe. The house is a mix of modern fixtures and local materials such as terracotta tiling and high oak beams enhancing the open feel of the space.
