Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am on the balcony and downstairs common areas. No smoking inside the apartment and in the common area to avoid a fine.

Perfect location for visiting family in ocean beach. If OB is your vibe, this is a nice spot - centrally located, clean, and with little extras that make the stay enjoyable.

This was our second stay within a few weeks. This time we came with family friends and their toddler. Everything was perfect. See my prior review for specifics. All the information from my last review also applies to this stay. This is definitely a location we will come back to again when we visit San Diego.

Great place and location. Everything is as described. Communication was great and check in was easy.This location is so close to the beach restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and brought the dogs along everywhere as well.Just be aware the street is a busy street and you will have airplane noise. This is common for the area and we were aware of this prior to booking.We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean and spacious for our stay. So close to the beach, wonderful accommodations. Will absolutely book here again.

Holiday Getaway

We come to San Diego every year for 4th of July. This year we decided to travel with our dogs. This was the perfect property and location to have them with us. Close to a park, and dog beach to enjoy the vacation with us. Our family loved the convenience of being a quick walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend with lots of travelers we had no issues with the street parking daily. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. She left great detailed instructions on the property and we appreciated the recommendation’s of everything around us to enjoy. This was our first time in ocean beach area and would definitely come back and stay again!

Ocean Beach Getaway

Nice clean homebase for fun and sun around Ocean Beach and downtown San Diego. Apartment is 5 minute walk to the main drag of restaurants/bars and even closer walk to the beach. Had a comfortable bed and cozy living room. Parking can be hit or miss especially with the street sweeping but we never parked more than 5 minutes away for the extended weekend we were there. Good communications with property manager.

Spring Break

This unit is a block from the beach in an area where you can walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels that were very handy to have to use.

Excellent ocean beach property

The unit was clean and had everything you need for a stay in Ocean Beach. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to restaurants and shopping. Great location. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Nice Suite in a Great Area

Suite was very clean and had everything you need in regards to bedding, towels and a well stocked kitchen. Great area to stay in - very laid back with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Property manager was great at communicating.

We spent the weekend at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. The owner was fabulous. She was very accommodating and even went out of her way to check in on us. She also offered restaurant recommendations and places to visit. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location & comfortable condo

We just stayed here for a few days and loved the proximity to the beach, retail and restaurant areas! Beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our short stay! Even beach towels! Highly recommend this condo!

Fun in San Diego

We had so much fun! We loved walking to the beach daily! Took an Uber everywhere, best choice ever! Enjoyed all the attractions we could take in while in San Diego! The property owner was the sweetest and very helpful! The property was clean, and big enough for my family of 3 and had great amenities.

Short but Sweet

We were visiting our son in college for Parent Weekend. The house was in a perfect location to restaurants, beach, and his school. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, which were in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked. It's an older house, but it would be helpful to have more lighting. And lastly, we had returned from the beach and were putting things away and drying our towels when the owner sent me text about what we were doing. I know there are cameras, but it felt intrusive to have someone watch you and comment on your actions. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect Beach Vacay!

My family of 4, including 2 teenagers had a great stay at Meiluen’s apartment. Her communication was excellent! It’s 1 block from Ocean Beach and we walked everywhere. We brought our 2 little dogs as well and they enjoyed Dog Beach right next to OB and walking around town with us. The Farmer’s Market on Wednesday night was a lot of fun! The apartment was spotless and very nicely decorated. The a/c was nice in the living room and kitchen but the bedrooms did get a little warm in the afternoon. I would most definitely stay again if ever in the area and highly recommend!

Close to the Beach

This unit is a gem! It was close to the beach, no driving necessary! Close to restaurants, a great grocery store(Krisp), cute shops- you name it! Unit was a 2 bed, 1 bath. Super clean. Kitchen was perfect for making any meal for any time of the day. Cooking supplies were in great condition, too. Owner and manager werevery attentive
