Stone Hill House is a beautiful small villa for vacation rental in Torre Vado, Capo di Leuca. Located in a scenic area and overlooking the sea, it has a largepanoramic terrace, barbecue area, outdoor shower and parking spaces.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, TV, gas oven, iron and ironing board. The vacation home offers up to 5 beds. Pets are allowed.

Stone Hill House is a small villa located in a panoramic position, characteristic for its structure made of exposed stones that develops around an ancient trullo, from which it draws inspiration.
The villetta has a large equipped garden from which a breathtaking view of the nearby sea can be admired. The house is introduced by a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
The entrance in Stone Hill House is in the living room, furnished with dining room and sofa, overlooked by the kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which is in the charming trullo, and 1 single bedroom. A shower room completes the interior.

Stone Hill House is located on the slight rise of Torre Vado, less than 1 km from the sea. Torre Vado in summer is a lively, small and well-serviced seaside resort located on the coast of Morciano di Leuca, in Lower Salento.
A few minutes` drive separates it from other popular destinations for seaside vacations in Salento, such as Santa Maria di Leuca, only 6 km away, famous for its sanctuary, sea caves and beautiful villas, or the beautiful beaches of Lido Marini and Marina di Pescoluse, less than 3 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
