Perfekte Lage mit bestem Blick aufs Meer! Ruhe und Entspannung!Um in Restaurants oder Sandstrände zu gelangen ist ein Auto nötig. Parkmöglichkeit gegenüber des Hauses am Straßenrand. Innerhalb von 20 Autominuten ist man in vielen verschiedenen Städten! Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haustierfreundlich! Gute wäre wenn der „eigene Bereich“ mit einem Zaun/Gatter an der Terrasse abgetrennt wäre. Mini Pool ist völlig ausreichend. Allerdings ungeheizt und echt kalt. Den Kindern hat es Nix ausgemacht ;)Tricase Porto und St. Maria di Leuca können wir sehr gut empfehlen. Zum Baden ist Novaglie und Tricase Porto super. Für den Sandstrand sind wir nach Pesculose gefahren.

La grika est un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, totalement isolé et face à la mer. La vue est spectaculaire, la mini-piscine permet de se rafraichir, et il y a plusieurs spots pour se détendre et profiter de la vue, nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la location de Livia !

Heaven on earth!!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would..it was absolutely spectacular. The panoramic view of the sea from the terrace was stunning and we made a lot of use of the mini- pool on the terrace. There is a wonderful covered terrace with a table and chairs and an outdoor shower as well as one inside so you can look at the sea while showering!!!!. We didnt use the BBQ or pizza oven but they were great features to have. Livia the owner had already sent us a welcoming email with useful tips on where to visit and eat and while we were there she popped in to make sure everything was ok and was totally lovely! There were many places to visit and eat within a very short car drive of the accommodation. We had spent the previous week revisiting the Amalfi Coast but I can honestly say the week we spent at La Grika was the most relaxed holiday we have ever had. We definitely want to return in the future. Thank you so so much Livia and Bruno. We absolutely loved it. Xxxx

Schön mit einigen Mängel

Wir hatten alles in allem einen schönen Aufenthalt. Livia war eine angenehme Gastgeberin, die uns umfangreich über die Umgebung informiert hat und für alle Fragen aufgeschlossen war. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet, der Blick auf das Meer grandios! Einziges Manko war, dass sich die Wohnung nach einer, laut Vermieterin recht langen Regenzeit insgesamt klamm anfühlte und es im Schlafzimmer etwas schimmlig roch. Wir waren Anfang Juni hier, vielleicht besteht dieses Problem im Hochsommer nicht….

Location spettacolare con qualche piccolo difetto

Location stupenda con alba meravigliosa! Il posto è molto bello e inserito accuratamente nell‘ambiente. Ci sono comunque diverse cose che si potrebbero migliorare: l‘appartamento sottostante ha la canna fumaria con uscita ad altezza d‘uomo della zona relax dell‘app. sopra. Con ogni barbecue di sotto il fumo impedisce di stare nella piccola piscina, tondolo ecc e bisogna chiudere tutte la finestre della casa. L‘unità esterna del condizionatore dell‘appartamento di sotto è fissata sul parapetto del terrazzo dell‘ unita sopra dove si mangià e disturba con il rumore la permanenza sul terrazzo. Purtroppo la fognatura nn lavora bene e in bagno c’è la notte e la mattina uno sgradevole odore. Il rumore della strada adiacente crea fastidio la notte in camera quando c’è tanto traffico. La camera avrebbe bisogno di una finestra… purtroppo questi piccoli diffetti incidono sulla percezione della spettacolare location. Abbiamo goduto comunque la meravigliosa vista. Grazie

Pas adaptée pour nous.

Il n’y a pas de vrais pièces c’est plutôt un grand studio. Les pièces ne sont pas séparées : aucune porte entre le séjour salle à manger et les chambres ce qui pose de vrais problèmes d’intimité, de de gestion de la climatisation et du bruit. Nous étions 4 en famille. La maison est collée à la route ce qui fait qu’à chaque passage de véhicule on entend les pneus dans la chambre de jour comme de nuit. Un peu juste en équipement : ni four ni micro onde ni machine à laver le linge ou la vaisselle. Très belle vue par contre sur la mer. Terrasse très agréable.

excellent accommodation with great sea views

we had a wonderful week in la grica. The morning coffee with the beautiful view of the sea was unsurpassable. then a jump under the outside shower and the day could begin. everything was available to grill a fresh fish in the evening and to reflect on the experiences of the day. Livia was always there for tips and to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

La casa è semplicemente bellissima e anche molto funzionale pur essendo piccolina. Non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. Abbiamo usato molto il Wi-Fi perché con i nostri operatori telefonici non c’era possibilità di chiamare.....All’interno della casa sulla sinistra della porta c’è una spia che in caso di accensione segnala un livello minimo di acqua nella cisterna....basta una chiamata a Livia che provvederà a far arrivare il camioncino per il suo riempimento.

Views and outdoor space is amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Furnishings are a little dated and could you some refreshing. Extra charges for bedding and towels was unexpected but necessary. Refrigerator was noisy at night but area is lovely and host and hostess were very helpful and accommodating. Basic but good value for the money and again was spectacular views. Charcoal/wood not provided for barbeque or pizza oven so again a little disappointing but did not affect our stay. Parking is available at the side of the road and always available. Very quiet at night and restful. You really have to have a car to stay in this area because you have to drive to everything

Lovely LaGrica

We had a beautiful stay at La Grica. When not out taking in the different towns and cities we spent our time outside enjoying the magnificent view of the sea. The bed was great and the kitchen adequately equipped. Livia was very helpful with local restaurants and attractions. Our only regret was 6 nights was not enough.

Vacanza con vista

La Grica è un piccolo appartamento che si trova sulla litoranea Otranto-Leuca a 5 minuti di automobile da Marina di Novaglie e Corsano, 15 minuti da Leuca e 40 da Otranto. La casa non è grandissima (i posti letto sono 6 ma in più di 4 si rischia di stare stretti); è pulita e ben arredata. Il bagno è singolo ma è molto spazioso. Il punto forte della Grica è la spaziosa terrazza vista mare provvista di un ampio tavolo, doccia all'aperto, amaca, sdraio e dondolo. Poter fare colazione, pranzare, cenare o semplicemente riposarsi di fronte agli stupendi colori del mare salentino è il top. Le uniche 2 note dolenti sono il rumore della strada sovrastante e la mancanza di un accesso diretto al mare (bisogna prendere l'auto e raggiungere la località di Funnuvoiere o Marina di Novaglie). La proprietaria Livia è molto gentile, tempestiva nell'assistenza e informatissima su posti da vedere, feste e ristoranti della zona.

Superbe vue depuis ce studio de vacances au style grec

Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo per questo studio. Vista molto bella sul mare Adriatico. Posizionamento interessante per visitare la Puglia, in particolare il tallone estremo del bagagliaio. Lo studio è perfettamente funzionante, dotato semplicemente. È molto carino, bianco e blu stile greco. La terrazza è davvero bella per il pranzo contemplando il mare. È possibile parcheggiare di fronte allo studio senza difficoltà, il posto è riservato. Livia il proprietario è disponibile su richiesta, vive non lontano e il suo consiglio è apprezzabile. Ha anche abbandonato alcune pasticcini locali sul tavolo per il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo in ritardo, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Alcuni punti da migliorare: il segnale Wi-Fi molto basso anche se non ne abbiamo veramente bisogno, questo può essere uno svantaggio per altri host. Anche la biancheria da letto composta da 2 materassi incollati gli uni agli altri potrebbe essere sostituita da un vero e proprio materasso doppio. Altrimenti consigliamo vivamente questo posto :) Grazie Livia!

Bellissimo!!

Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze alla Grika ed è stata una esperienza fantastica alloggio molto accogliente e pulito panorama che ha nulla da invidiare alle isole greche. Nelle vicinanze si possono trovare diversi ristoranti dove gustare dell'ottima cucina salentina e ottimo pesce. Un grosso ringraziamento a Lidia per la sua pazienza è disponibilità! Da consigliare assolutamente!!

Nice apartment on a great location

A place with a beautiful large terrace to unwind. Excellent location for trips to nice locations (like Otranto, Castro and Leuca). You can explorer the (East, South and West) coast. In the immediate vicinity you have rocky beaches and you can find also sandy beaches on easily accessible distance. We are very welcomed and were have received enough information to somewhere nice to eat and stuff. Absolutely a place to go back to in the future.

Une vue imprenable sur la cote Est des Pouilles

Jolie petite villa de style greque adossée a la falaise divisee en 2 appartement l'un au dessus de l'autre. La propriétaire est charmante, tres disponible et pleine de bon conseils pour occuper la semaine. L'appartement est petit mais propre et bien equipe. Il est possible de se garer facilement juste de l'autre cote de la route. Le Wifi est un relai 3G donc pas de film en streaming mais parfaitement suffisant pour lire ses mails ou mettre en ligne qq photos de vacances (et il y a de quoi photographier la-bas!). Peu de point negatifs a la fin a part peut etre l'absence de fenetre dans la chambre principale (pas conseillee aux clostrophobes!) et pas d'acces direct a la mer. Mais au regard du rapport qualite/prix, vraiment rien a dire! Et puis la vue... Impossible de s'en lasser!

Colazioni nel blu dipinto di blu

Ti svegli in questa casa e ti domandi: ma sto in Salentu o in Grecia?? I serramenti azzurri ti fanno l'occhietto sui muri dipinti di bianco. Aprì la porta e ti pizzichi le guance capire se stai sognando o è realtà! La terrazza in cui si fa colazione, ma anche pranzo, aperitivo e cena si affaccia sulla scogliera e su un mare blu a perdita d'occhio. Dall'altra parte si intravede una timida Albania ma pure un pezzetto di Grecia. Sdraio e lettini per godere di selvaggi relax. Fate la scorta di friselle al vicino ipermercato di Tricase e aspettate che la luna cali a regalarvi magiche atmosfere. Insomma "da paura", o TOP se preferite!

Vue mer exceptionnelle

Très bel appartement avec une magnifique terrasse disposant d'une vue mer imprenable! Aucun vis à vis et des transats privatifs ainsi qu'un barbecue vous attendent sur la terrasse. Nous étions dans l'appartement du haut. Bruno est une personne très gentille et serviable il parle en plus un anglais très abordable et facilement compréhensible, nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté pour nous comprendre.
