This pet-friendly lodge is the perfect choice to explore Scarborough, Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby, with a host of beautiful walks, along with the use of an enclosed paddock.. 1 step to entrance.

All on the Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Freeview Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Single) (Flexible Sleeping Only)

Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Air Fryer, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric liquid stone heating, IR panel heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Decked area with picnic bench. Bike store. Electric vehicle charging point. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. These incredible lodges are the perfect choice to take a step back from busy life and enjoy your stay here. Look out into the woods opposite to a Bronze Age settlement whilst cosying up reading a good book or watching TV, the coast is within a mile away. You are surrounded by stunning old country inns with roaring fire and huge beer gardens, woodland walks, one of which leads to the twin waterfalls and beach at Hayburn Wyke with its pebbled beach, and is only a short walk away. Sit back, relax and take in the night skies that you are situated within, and one of only 19 Dark Sky Reserves. Much of the area’s beautiful scenery is within easy walking distance with the hustle and bustle being only a short drive away. There are popular country inns within 100 and 800 metres walk.

Local attractions include the Hayburn Wyke twin waterfall and pebbled beach, 1700 metres away, The Old Railway cinder track is 900 metres away and is over 20 miles long, and the Cleveland Way coastal path is 1100 metres away. A little further afield and within driving distance are Ravenscar, 7 minutes, Robin Hoods Bay, 10 minutes, and Peasholm Park and Scarborough Open Air Theatre, are both a 6-minute drive. The town centre is 10 minutes’ drive, and Alpamare Water Park and Wellness Spa and the Sea Life Centre, are both 5 minutes’ drive. Scarborough cricket ground can be reached in 7 minutes and North Bay Beach is 6 minutes’ drive. The supplied EV charger is a type 2 which plugs into a 3-pin outdoor socket in the parking area. Please note payment is on an honesty basis.

The host was friendly and welcoming and the welcome basket was a real treat.Location was great with loads of lovely walks on your doorstep and the beach only a 10 minute drive away .bonus pub on the doorstep Which serves great food too all dog friendly. Outstanding spot for a short twixmas getaway.

Outstanding spot for a short twixmas getaway. David was an absolute star as well for returning our fire stick we inadvertently left in the lodge. Spectacular views and perfect location for exploring. We are looking to book both lodges with our friends later in the summer. Local pubs almost around every turn and I would definitely recommend a trip to the waterfall but take your walking boots as the descent is a little slippy. Lodge was really well kitted out . Couldn’t fault the experience at all.

We had a lovely few days at Farm View following a delayed start due to tyre blow out .

We had a lovely few days at Farm View following a delayed start due to tyre blow out .The pod is well equipped and loved having an air fryer and bbq.Bella loved the paddock so secure.The I.d tag is a good idea and the shower unit .David and Vicky were ideal hosts We shall definitely return .
